Flowers were delivered at wrong time (before my girlfriend ever got to work) despite being given a 2 hour window. When I called to voice my concerns, the woman I talked to didn't seem to care very much and then hung up on me. Certainly feeling ripped off. By far the worst service I've experienced, and I work in the service industry. If you're trying to get flowers delivered do not go through Palmer. Good luck.
