Lovely customer service. I was unable to travel from out of town for my grandpa's cremation, and I was really sad about not being able to attend. I wanted to send some flowers for the service but it was very last minute, and I had to call around before I finally called Palmer. I was very relieved they were able to accommodate next-day delivery in time for the cremation. They gave me multiple options, worked with my budget, and helped me feel reassured even though I was buying flowers over the phone from another state. I ended up getting the designer's choice with my stipulation that there be no white flowers. They even sent me a photo of the arrangement before delivery, and I was happy with the end product. I really appreciate this experience during a difficult time.
