The website is great but the service is TERRIBLE. On three different occasion i ordered flowers for my fiance and each time there was some small issue (forgot to fill out a card, ordered too late and they would have to be delivered the next day, ect) and each time instead of calling or contacting me they call my fiance and told her what the issue was. Completely ruining any surprise and then adding stress by asking for answers to questions that didn't even need asked. What ever you do, DON'T order flowers through Palmer Flowers
