Love the energy of this local gem! The teachers and space are open and welcoming to new students and the community feel makes this the perfect place to dig deep and explore on your mat. Every class and teacher is unique and the studio is such a welcome change from more corporate yoga environments!

Easy to walk in and join the group within minutes....
Easy to walk in and join the group within minutes. Mat and equipment was provided. Attended the Sunday morning vinyasa practice with Kevin. It was great. We will be back.

Excellent fairly small classes with lots of individual attention. Have taken classes with both Gina & Regina, who always provide modifications and are well-attuned to students needs. I enjoy practicing at One Key & always feel great afterwards. Lovely, peaceful, welcoming studio.
