Love the energy of this local gem! The teachers and space are open and welcoming to new students and the community feel makes this the perfect place to dig deep and explore on your mat. Every class and teacher is unique and the studio is such a welcome change from more corporate yoga environments!

One Key has been a great place to get back into yoga with no pressure. Every instructor has been easy going and nonjudgmental about ability. The spiritual aspects are present but not pushy. I like the open uncluttered space. I only wish the schedule was a little easier to track and went a little later, especially on weekdays.

Easy to walk in and join the group within minutes. Mat and equipment was provided. Attended the Sunday morning vinyasa practice with Kevin. It was great. We will be back.

They don't come better than Gina. She's the real, authentic, deal. Her beautiful studio is representative of the love she has for yoga and I am honored to be part of the One Key family.
Elizabeth Stevens, you clearly do not practice yoga. It will take time for you to locate a studio you find to be a good fit. But please don't give up.

Excellent fairly small classes with lots of individual attention. Have taken classes with both Gina & Regina, who always provide modifications and are well-attuned to students needs. I enjoy practicing at One Key & always feel great afterwards. Lovely, peaceful, welcoming studio.

As a non-frequent yoga-goer, I found them to very helpful and informative. The room and class size is small, and the instructor did a great job of making me feel welcome without making me feel intimidated by being such a novice.

There are many yoga studios in the city to choose from but none offer the sense of community, positive energy and compassionate instructors that One Key Yoga does. The owner, Gina, has created a beautiful, safe and welcoming studio. A variety of classes & special events are offered and are priced well too! Each class is instructed with careful thought and intention and is different week to week. After every class I leave the studio feeling more fulfilled and centered. One Key Yoga is located in Lincoln Square/Ravenswood location and is walking distance to the Damen Brown Line, next door to a coffee shop and a couple of delicious breakfast/brunch restaurants. I highly recommend One Key Yoga! When you visit you ll thank yourself for practicing yoga & experiencing self-care at One Key Yoga as you will truly feel supported.

Friendly studio that is both appropriate for experienced individuals and also very accessible to beginners. Pricing is reasonable and it has a very neighborhood feel.

I just had the most amazing and relaxing yoga class this Sunday at the beginner yoga class at 1pm with Eileen. I have always been skeptical about if I would enjoy yoga. I found a Groupon online and thought I would just give it a go. I m normally a runner and lift weights at the gym and my body just has been super tense lately. I loved how the instructor Eileen teaches and makes me feel totally relaxed even when I mix up what I m doing. It s been an hour since class is over and my body feels so stress free. I would recommend this class for yoga beginners like me or even if you re more of an experienced yogi!! Thanks again Eileen!! See you next week at both your Saturday and Sunday classes!!

A lovely studio and environment in which to work. The owner Gina is not only a very knowledgeable and safe instructor, but she is genuinely kind, inclusive, and works very hard to create space for a sense of community in her studio. I have worked at her studio since summer of 2015. Truely a gift to not only work there, but practice there as wel.

I finally finagled my schedule and made a first visit to the Saturday drop in donation class. The gentle flow was just what my body mind and soul needed! This was my 1st class in over a year and I felt comfortable going at my own pace with modifications. I appreciate this gem of a studio right in my neighborhood!

One key is a wonderful yoga studio in Ravenswood! I love the location and all the teachers I have taken classes with are truly incredible. I enjoy the playgroup yoga class with Eileen Wednesday mornings! It s so nice to have a class that you can bring kiddos to but still get in a good practice! Eileen is an extremely skilled instructor and tailors class to the students and your needs that day. Eileen also teaches a great class Saturday mornings and I am disappointed it doesn t have more of a following! It s at an easy time to get to (11) and I always leave feeling so great! I also love the Friday evening instructor, Kathleen! What a wonderful way to end a busy week! My only complaints with one key would be that a lot of classes are all levels and there isn t a consistent enough student base. Teachers there don t really have the chance to get to know people consistently and therefore classes can sometimes be a little one note, because the teacher can only try their best to guess at everyone skill level. Unfortunately the studio is really only open the 15 minutes before or after a class, I feel like a receptionist or office aid would help so that people could come in and ask about the studio/ get classes without having to show up to a class specifically.

I love this studio! We moved to Chicago about six months ago. I started going here a few times a month and haven't looked back. I've taken classes with Ricardo and Eileen-- both wonderful instructors in very different ways. Eileen is very high-energy, warm, bubbly, friendly. Ricardo is quite calming, genial, deliberate, and gentle. Both of their classes were a bit slowed down, more Hatha-style, with a focus on breathing and proper alignment, which I really like. Eileen taught me a trick for pelvic alignment when seated that I'll never forget. I always leave both classes feeling refreshed, a little more connected to my local community, and glad I took some time to strengthen my body and leave some stress behind.

This place is a joke! The owner has no interest in her own business. She wonders why she can't keep any teachers on the schedule. She never updates the schedule or promotes her own teachers. Her own teachers have voiced the concern that she never updates the website to promote their workshops. The studio is filthy...i'm talking walk on the floor and expect to have dirt stuck to your feet. Would not recommend EVER!

I love One Key Yoga! Having a fulfilling and enlightening experience comes from an experienced and personable instructor. Gina Fitzpatrick has created a wonderful space in the heart of Chicago's Ravenswood neighborhood and fills it with her charming positivity and expansive knowledge. I am a very active person, but suffered a stroke a year ago that left me with some minor issues on my left side. I also have some stiffness in my hips that makes some poses difficult for me to do correctly. My issues finally motivated me to take up yoga to heal my body and become more mindful.
Gina took the time to find out more about my concerns as well as others in the class in order to tailor the session to everyone's benefit. She incorporated special movements and poses that helped me avoid strain and discomfort, as my left side has not yet returned to full strength. I was really surprised how much she knew about neuropathy associated with strokes.
The space itself is lovely and calming. There is a modern aesthetic that includes bamboo flooring, lavender walls, and sliding track doors that let in natural light while buffering noise. It's neat, clean, and well organized.
I am so glad I took the time to come to One Key Yoga. You won't find a more passionate and delightful yogini than Gina!
