I have been a service advisor for 40 years. In my time, I've seen many people come and go. Clearly, Lauren has the aptitude and common sense that helps clients as well as employees be at ease. Her ability to keep organized and calm in an environment that can be frenzied is a model for all to follow.

I had a phone interview set up with J&L marketing. At the time of the interview they never called me and didn't return my phone calls. This practice reflects bad on the company. If you set up a interview or have had an interview with a potential employee, you have an obligation to reach back out to them and let them know the situation. Good or bad.

Today, we held a Honda Test Market Pricing Program at Ocean Honda of Whittier. We coordinated the event in partner with J&L marketing. The event created a venue to do the following: vehicle demonstrations and test drives, vehicle appraisals, sales opportunities.
