very enjoyable event, the customers were great, Emmalee was very professional and well dressed.

The building is nice to look at. Wasn't impressed with the inside. I take that back, the receptionist was very pleasant.

I have been a service advisor for 40 years. In my time, I've seen many people come and go. Clearly, Lauren has the aptitude and common sense that helps clients as well as employees be at ease. Her ability to keep organized and calm in an environment that can be frenzied is a model for all to follow.

J&L is a great place for talented people that want to do meaningful work and that love working on a tight-knit team.

J&L is an amazing company. I just booked my 200 sale between my 4 stores and would recommend them to anybody who wants to bring new customers and sell more cars.

The events have been successful for me. It usually brings in my old customers and I get new ones that eventually turn into sales. Evana was very nice and helpful. My customers liked her. The events are always good times to show customers appreciation and they enjoy the gifts.

Emilie Cary was fantastic! She did a wonderful job of getting traffic in the door, and as a result - we closed 40% of those customers. I will definitely use J & L again and specifically ask for Emile.

I had a phone interview set up with J&L marketing. At the time of the interview they never called me and didn't return my phone calls. This practice reflects bad on the company. If you set up a interview or have had an interview with a potential employee, you have an obligation to reach back out to them and let them know the situation. Good or bad.

Working with Heather has been a pleasure today. She has been really informative and knows what she is talking about when she speaks with customers.

Emile Cary was amazing, we had over 70 people show up for our event not including our normal client traffic and she was like a a circus performer juggling swords.. Amazing, shes our go to event coordinator every time!!! Thanks Emile!

Since posting this review, the owner has responded with scripted dialogue that is written much differently from the condescending emails that he sent me. Since this experience I have learned that this company has a terrible reputation among dealerships and is notorious for having a culture of bullying among it's management. Do better Scott.

I was working with Alexandria yesterday and she's been a great person to work with and enjoyable. She's upbeat and was great with the customers that came in. She helped answer any questions that they had and if she didn't know, she helped with having the customers helped with the employees here at MINI of Camarillo. She's a great person to have for the event and would like to work with her again.

When I found out that we were having the J&L sale I became very excited. The last sale was super busy and I was able to sell 3 that weekend. Evana was absolutely awesome to work with. Great Marketing Company.. Each time we've had a Sale at our Store it's been a HUGE success!!!

Today, we held a Honda Test Market Pricing Program at Ocean Honda of Whittier.

We coordinated the event in partner with J&L marketing.

The event created a venue to do the following:

vehicle demonstrations and test drives, vehicle appraisals, sales opportunities.

Very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to other dealerships. Simple and easy process. Flows smoothy. Highly recommended.

Emile is always very professional in how she interacts with advisers and clients. She manages the of guests expertly and makes the entire event a great experience for staff and guests. She is good!!!
