The bank is fine ok, i use 2 days to scribble the papers but now this banknote is finally working. However, I had to submit a new request via Google to change the bank's working hours, which is from 8.30 am to 4 pm
Otherwise they are clean ok.

Worst bank ever. My girlfriends card got "frozen" because they thought she had a loan running, which she had not. After I think 3 months they finally wanted to give her a paper so she could switch banks and go to antoher one, but the interesting and funny part is this paper still hasnt arrived today...

A few years back, I already leave the outdated and...

A few years back, I already leave the outdated and unfriendly KBM and stay at a bank that is at least kinder and more favorable if not already.
Last year, the latter was renamed twice, and I again hit the KBM system.

Disaster, I'm in the process of leaving KBM again :-)
