The location is perfect, right next to the metro. We were on the 15th floor and the view was sublime. The staff were also pleasant. I take away a star for the poor housekeeping (the floor was dirty and hairs were lying around) and the unavailability of the elevators during rush hour.

If you go to Rotterdam, make sure you book a room at nhow with a view on the skyline + bridge because this is a once in a life time experience. The staff is very professional and super friendly! I would definitely come back.
