Please note that if it says 'late checkout 1700h included' prior to, and at the time of booking, that 'included' does not mean it is 'included', but that means that they will only check if you check in late checkout is still possible.
Furthermore: we were in talks about solving something, and I got two very contradictory answers (first a possible solution they offered which I followed, when the message that it became 110 euros more expensive. done, but there was no response. Well, probably busy, so after five days a reminder was sent, but nhow Rotterdam apparently thought it no longer necessary to respond. Because five days later still no response.
