Very warm welcome. Outstanding view on the bridge and city centre from the window (I booked "Premium Skyline room"). We checked out on Sunday and had a check-out at 5 pm (special offer from NH).
Since I had my birthday, I put the comment about it in my reservation request. The room was nicely decorated with a cake and wine :).
Gonna book the same hotel with the same room category for Valentine's Day!

Did not have any negative experience at all! Maybe only the parking is a bit expensive, but it is understandable since it is Rotterdam and they do not have their parking but have a special agreement with QPark which is in the same building, so you do not need to go outside. Keep the ticket from the machine and then reception can scan it and your parking will be 25 euro per night (24 hours) instead of 32 (not really sure about it).
