2 nights there begin of July.. we had one problem after another.. room not cleaned when we ask 4 times for a special attention as I was ill during the first night (they finally propose us to change room at 23.30), never get the room service we asked for (milk for my coffee...), bar closed at midnight instead of 2 am without notice (it means that we couldn't even use the vouchers for cocktails that we received as a compensation)... I even don't remember all the problems we got... that can't happen in a supposedly 4 stars hotel! After complaining at the checkout, the manager directly proposed us a big discount. That was kind of her but also 300% justified. And we shouldn't have had to complain for that... There are a lot of other hotels in Rotterdam. I'm quite sure that we won't get back there as a discount is not enough to forget this bad organisation.
