They did upgrade my room but parking is difficult today due to preparation for power washing the garage tomorrow.

Parking is expensive and not included in the room cost. Middle elevator is somewhat broken. Rooms are fine as is the service.

Straight up Beautiful, folks at reception were a legit class act! Loved it here!

Attended a Seminar here. Not impressed with Hilton Employees.....They Acted like We Were in Their Way.

Elegant and lavish. Not too expensive. All the amenities you could ask for. 5 minutes from anything else you need.

It's a Lovely Hotel right in the center of everything in Woodland Hills. Very clean very nice very posh. Staff is super friendly and helpful and I can't say I found anything to complain about.

Updated rooms, lobby, bar, and restaurant! Not sure what it looked like before the update, but it's now a really nice hotel. Excellent staff! Secure garage parking.

What professional hotels now a days make you pay for Internet in your room? Pay 200 for a room only to get scamed into paying 11.99 per day of Internet. How ridiculous , so so so disappointed! The hotel is nice and the staff is nice, but you wouldn't expect to get nickeled and dimed by such a well known establishment. This was a major inconvenience for me. Sure, Internet is free in the lobby, but I didn't pay 200 dollars a night for the comfort of the lobby. In addition to paying for guest Internet the guest is also responsible for paying for parking. So after you get dimed on the parking (which wouldn't have bothered me until having to buy internet) you get nickeled for the Internet. Gosh, hilton chain must be digging deep or hurting for profits. I hope this helps you in your decision, I know I will not be staying here again.

Some time after: Called font desk to see if they could supply a one day pass complementary, said there is no such thing and that's just how they do business here....

Makes you wonder: Next, they might charge extra if you use too many pieces of toilet paper. . . Watch out!

As a Diamond Hilton member I stay in a lot of Hilton's. On a whole there is a lot to like about this hotel; location, staff and new lobby. But the rooms are still lacking (I am not sure if the room I stayed in was renovated yet). I could feel the springs in the matters (not at all up to Hilton standards). But again, the staff here are all very well trained and helpful. If the rooms get renovated I this would be a 5 star review.

Update: I have stayed here a few more times and learned to get a renovated room... what a differences!

Nice clean hotel, recently renovated. Great breakfast buffet. Walking distance to other restaurants. Nice executive lounge with complementary goodies.

Nice hotel. Beds were nice. Rooms clean. No microwave for me wasn't a biggie. We mostly ate out. I think the stay was really nice.

Had a awesome weekend at the hotel. The room was great, we had a late check out that was strongly needed after the wedding we attended. Room service was above and beyond what we expected, everything was perfect. I really loved staying at the hotel.

Absolutely my favorite business hotel to stay in when business brings me to SFV for fifteen years running. Facilities, amenities and staff have always been wonderful

Nice facilities with friendly, helpful staff. Within walking distance of several restaurants. Had mild A/C issues, plus a noisy floor full of young, unsupervised athletes that were very loud in the halls well past 2am. Calls to the front desk didn't seem to help. We would stay here again, but request a room further from the ice machine!

Room was clean and the bed was good. A but loud in the evening but quiet after 11pm.

This is a fine hotel. The renovated lobby bar is nice, and it has good amenities. Woodland Hills feels like the end of the earth, but what it does offer is nearby the Hilton.

Very helpful! They have a great response time when using the Hilton messaging app! They took care of multiple request for me without me having to pick up the phone.

After checking in, we realized that we did not have any linen to wash up and dry off with. for a Hilton that is unacceptable. Carry on

Very unfriendly front desk. I have stayed at Hilton hotels in many states and countries , they were great. This one is terrible.

Easy check-in, very nice rooms, and got a nice upgrade for free because the room we reserved was unavailable.

Went for a party. Room was a good size. Drinks were well poured. Can't really say to much more really. Downside would have to be the valet. I don't think they were expecting so many vehicals because they had a line out into the street. Sat in it for twenty minutes before asked to leave it in line and they will get it.

For its rates, this hotel does not have a laundry room, a hot tub or a microwave in the room. Breakfast buffet is around 22$ and not included in your hotel fee. For how expensive this hotel is compared to other cheaper options that does provide breakfast and a pool. It is not worth your money unless you re here for business and don t mind a boring hotel with an expensive name.

The Hotel is nicely decorated and the food is very good we left a valuable item in the drawer and was able to retrieve it a day later when we realized it was missing we had to drive back to the hotel because calling was nearly impossible but once we got there, hotel security was super friendly and quickly helped us track down our item! I'm really impressed with the honesty and integrity of the hotels staff! Hats off!

A well run warm hotel with thorough old school service. Could use a facelift. Like a tired dowager. Strong bar and chop house. Surprise milk and cookies brought to the room. Clanging cable cars outside. Perfect location. The $75 charge to valet car is way out of line though.

Cozy, comfortable, upgraded rooms - they upgraded the lock while I was here! Amazing customer service - even the housekeepers greeted me with a smile, and the bed was so perfectly firm and soft at the same time.

Nice place but not what I expected. No fridge have to ask for one and absolutely no microwave. Disappointed! Parking fees outrageous! The staff were respectful though. Me and my wife and my pet are very unhappy.

was unable to use the microwave in the kitchen to heat my food. "Because they have to spray for bugs on bug night" the front desk told me. I was shocked. I brought my family here for a more comfortable and safer place to stay. Not to be denied basic services because they have such a BUG PROBLEM that the basics are out of order. My little girl tried to take a bath & the drain leaked so bad that she really couldn't keep enough water for a soak. BUGS & INADEQUATE PERSONAL HYGIENE FOR MY FAMILY! I could have camped at the beach and had all of my needs met. But after driving more than 12 hours and checking in at midnight, I was not ready to demand a refund. THIS PLACE IS ON MY 'NOT PREFERRED' LIST

When I arrived back at my room after work the room door was left open by housekeeping. I did not feel safe staying another night and will be staying elsewhere. Will be recommending my colleagues to stay elsehwere as well for future stays.

While the newly remodeled rooms at this hotel are nice, they are poorly designed. There aren't enough outlets if you are trying to work. If you turn off the light on the nightstand, you can't charge your phone. There is a table/desk with only 1 chair. So, you and your roommate can't eat at a table. One person has to sit on the bed or on an armchair with no table. The bed is comfortable and they provide four large pillows with a king-size bed. The remodeled bathroom is quite nice, too!

I was disappointed to learn that the newly remodeled hotel doesn't have a pool or jacuzzi tub. Very disappointing at a hotel of this "caliber." I travel a lot for work, but have never stayed at a hotel at this price-point that didn't offer a pool and jacuzzi tub. Additionally, I would expect a newly remodeled hotel to have a nice gift shop. Instead, there is a small room with limited offerings attached to the front desk. The remodeled lobby is nice.

Musty room, AC in room very noisy. I do not recommend

The Hilton, Woodland Hills took great care of us during the Woosley and Malibu Fires! They were very kind and sensitive to the situation. They even found a way to accommodate us even when the hotel was at maximum capacity! We are so grateful to them! They made a bad moment in our lives easier to cope with until we could go home to see if there was damage. Thank God we were spared! Thank you Hilton Woodland Hills for your hospitality and generosity.

Wonderful hotel. Bar staff were absolutely amazing. Lisa makes the best Long Islands I have ever had and the breakfast and Happy hour were great as well. I will definately be booking here again. See you in 2 years!!

The motion sensors blink red and green every time you move, of course if you're a light sleeper like myself, this will not allow you to sleep at all.

Otherwise, the room seemed clean, buy their was no sheet cover for the duvet, which was gross, because it didn't smell washed.

This isn t the best hotel as far as Hilton goes. It s hard to describe but I d say it s a bit soulless, nothing special. Might just be the decor of the corridors and rooms that makes it a tad institutional. The toilet was right in front of the bathroom vanity so we had to lean around the toilet when getting ready. Weird.

When we arrived there was no stowaway bed like what we had ordered so we had to wait 30-40 minutes for one to arrive and try to keep our 3 year old from melting. It was already past his bed time.

The first morning the exec lounge was filled with big round event tables making it awkward to sit around them and as a family of 7 we had to raise our voices to speak with each other.

The second morning the regular tables were back but they had a hard time keeping the food stocked so many people were standing around and waiting.

Valet service was prompt and friendly. The hotel was clean.

Fine place, great location. Room was very heavily scented on arrival, which finally faded. Pillows too fat for me, seems to be a trend. Enjoyed the stay.

Please use caution with this hotel. I allowed myself to decompress from this horrible experience, just so I would not write an angry, unfair review. I am still shocked at what I experienced. I stayed in two different rooms for a two night stay, and both rooms were filthy (hair on the bed and nightstands, pills on the floor, sticky substance on the counters, filthy showers, and broken beds). I don t understand why a Hilton is in such bad condition. Some of the staff are nice, including one of the managers, which alleviated my frustration He paid for one of my meals and took 10% off one nights stay, but I had to basically beg this guy to give me a discount because his solution was to give me a discount on a Hilton Honors program. Why would I join the program of a Hilton hotel, after what I endured?! I understand why he was doing it, but it doesn t take away from the poor conditions of the rooms and garbage laying around in the hallways. I ve stayed at many hotel chains for business and personal travel. Just shocked at the disgusting conditions here. I m sorry Hilton. I hope you clean and fix up the rooms. I cannot stay here ever again.
