We found out about the Nelson dealership through friends who have purchased several vehicles there. We found their prices to be very competitive and were impressed by the double-the-power-train warranty . Our purchase finalized somewhat late in the day so it felt like our orientation session was a little rushed/-but our sales rep gave us his card and stressed that he was available night-or-day to answer any questions that might come up about any of the MANY wonderful options and safety features on our new 2021 Pilot.
All-in-all our visit was a very pleasant experience.

We live in Greensboro, NC and gave local dealers the opportunity to earn our business but in the end, it wasn't even a close competition. I bought my 2013 Chrysler 200 in January. I paid a little over $2,000 extra for an extended warranty. Already had to replace all 4 tires, both headlights, the thermostat, and now my electronic throttle needs to be replaced. When my thermostat went out, warranty doesn t cover. Now my electronic throttle has went out, will cost a totally of $563, and of course the warranty also does not cover. I was never given a list of what my warranty does and does not cover, so who s to say Nelson Honda isn t picking and choosing what they want to cover and do not want to cover? Was also promised an extra key since my car only came with one, also haven t recieved that either, after asking and calling multiple times. Nelson Honda is a joke. This was my first car purchase ever and definitely will be my last with Nelson Honda Just don t want anyone else to end up in the same situation as me. Don t depend too much on that $2,000 warranty because trust me it just ain t hitting on much!

I purchased a truck about 3 months ago the truck I purchased had a lot of mileage in switch I didn't want to buy because there was no warranty my salesman Billy assured me that if I purchased an extended warranty for 4000$ I would be covered for 24000 miles or 2 years witch ever came first so with that piece of mind I brought the truck less than 6000 miles an 3 months the transmission failed I thought thank God for the warranty took it to be repaired an they say they can't repair it because they weren't supposed to sell warranty with that truck but they would be very glad to refund my money' at a prorated amount of course why prorated they sold me an invalid warranty so I take the loss I didn't want they truck without a warranty the manager laughed at me an said get an attorney that it was my job to make sure that the warranty would cover the truck WHAT MY JOB THATS HOW YOU JUSTIFY YOURSELF FOR SELLING A INVALID WARRANTY needless to say I have a 400 dollar a month payment an a broken down truck so beware of these scam artists they obviously will do say anything to sell a vehicle an if you do buy know that they say it's your job to know if they're screwing you over BEST ADVISE FIND AN HONEST DEALERSHIP AN ITS NOT THEM THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING NELSON WILL SCREW ANYONE

Wonderful experience working with Billy Marshall. Courteous and knowledgeable made my purchase an easy decision along with immediately telling us of the last day of spring sale event and informing us about the discounted price. Billy started showing my wife and I the CR-V after pulling it out of line-up of others. After going through a few features we took a test drive and learned of his experience and family while continuing to tell us of more features and what to look for on the dash and other features Honda offered. After returning to the dealership we went through the car even more and after deciding to purchase Billy acted very polished with the paperwork. All in all after meeting a very busy dealer manager we finished up paperwork in a respectable time frame. After that we spent some time going through the car again explaining how everything works including installing my phone into the car system.
