Wonderful experience working with Billy Marshall. Courteous and knowledgeable made my purchase an easy decision along with immediately telling us of the last day of spring sale event and informing us about the discounted price. Billy started showing my wife and I the CR-V after pulling it out of line-up of others. After going through a few features we took a test drive and learned of his experience and family while continuing to tell us of more features and what to look for on the dash and other features Honda offered. After returning to the dealership we went through the car even more and after deciding to purchase Billy acted very polished with the paperwork. All in all after meeting a very busy dealer manager we finished up paperwork in a respectable time frame. After that we spent some time going through the car again explaining how everything works including installing my phone into the car system.
