I just purchased my first vehicle from Nelson Honda. I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman, Billy, is a straight shooter and patiently explained everything in detail to both myself and wife. He was very personable, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and honest throughout the whole process. He even traveled to another Nelson dealership to pick up a vehicle I was very interested in and brought it back to the Nelson Honda dealership so I could check it out and test drive it. I explained how my wife and son weren t able to come with me to the dealership, so Nelson Honda let me take the vehicle home so my wife and son could also provide their input. Patty, the store manager, and Don, the finance manager, are also great. They both have a wealth of knowledge and are a pleasure to talk to. It seems that the team at Nelson Honda mesh and work well together which made the buying process very fluid. This was the 6th vehicle I have purchased from a dealership, and for the first time I can honestly say it was truly a relaxed and enjoyable car buying experience. Thanks Billy!
