We found out about the Nelson dealership through friends who have purchased several vehicles there. We found their prices to be very competitive and were impressed by the double-the-power-train warranty . Our purchase finalized somewhat late in the day so it felt like our orientation session was a little rushed/-but our sales rep gave us his card and stressed that he was available night-or-day to answer any questions that might come up about any of the MANY wonderful options and safety features on our new 2021 Pilot.
All-in-all our visit was a very pleasant experience.
