I bought my 2013 Chrysler 200 in January. I paid a little over $2,000 extra for an extended warranty. Already had to replace all 4 tires, both headlights, the thermostat, and now my electronic throttle needs to be replaced. When my thermostat went out, warranty doesn t cover. Now my electronic throttle has went out, will cost a totally of $563, and of course the warranty also does not cover. I was never given a list of what my warranty does and does not cover, so who s to say Nelson Honda isn t picking and choosing what they want to cover and do not want to cover? Was also promised an extra key since my car only came with one, also haven t recieved that either, after asking and calling multiple times. Nelson Honda is a joke. This was my first car purchase ever and definitely will be my last with Nelson Honda Just don t want anyone else to end up in the same situation as me. Don t depend too much on that $2,000 warranty because trust me it just ain t hitting on much!
