Been stranded on the side of the road for 2 hours on a broken down bus due to head to Perisher. No ETA no update and no discussion of compensation. Very poor service. Additionally Bus was 20 minutes late leaving the depot.

Tight and cramped seats that offer no support at all for taller occupants. Driver is friendly but service staff in the past have been very rude and inconsiderate at the Jolimomt centre.
However theres really no alternative to getting upto sydney at $35 a trip.
