Decent hotel. I lived there for four days in a small standard room. A good impression was overshadowed by two facts. The first, unstable operation of the TV: ripples, lack of sound; A number of TV channels have not appeared. Second, sorry, the toilet is so close to the wall from one side that it was impossible to fully sit on it. In the lobby of the hotel luxury boutiques. Old English silver, copper Tula samovars, worth a fortune, are on sale. But I was somehow not interested in these products. More important was the usual comfort. The breakfasts are not outstanding, but also quite good. Fresh juices, fruits not offered. Yes, the location of the hotel is calculated on the fact that the guests do not walk, but eat only in its restaurants.

Went there for Annual sale Bazar organized by Ambassador's Spouse Association in Astana. This event is gradually becoming popular. Probably they should choose a big venue next time.

Clean, free, beautiful. Delicious breakfasts. Stopped at the corporate rate, so the price was reasonable.

Good hotel. Clean and comfortable. There are rooms for large families with separate rooms. Noise isolation in the rooms is good. There is one thing, but! When the wind is strong, there is a decent draft and hum in the rooms, which interferes with sleep, so it is better to book rooms on the lower floors when the weather is not. Breakfasts are good, everyone can satisfy their taste in food. The gym is supposed to be (one of the largest gyms in the city) with a swimming pool, hammam, Finnish sauna. Bathrobe, small and large towels are provided. There are group lessons. If you are a sports lover, take sportswear with you. There is parking.
The biggest plus of this hotel is its location! Nearby there is a city park, attractions, a beautiful embankment, cafes, restaurants, a canteen, various shops, etc. Especially in summer, walking in the park or along the embankment is the most exciting! The view from the upper floors is very beautiful.

The Radisson Hotel ... as always, stands brand standards. Excellent!

Banquet hall and lounge is well suited for the celebration. True, the air conditioners in the hall worked very hard, which worried most of the guests, but no one could help to change the temperature and blowing.

Excellent hotel, service at the highest level, in general, all the staff are polite, quite competently serve visitors. The rooms are always cleaned, clean, pleasant smell in the room, and the view from the window is just superbly wonderful. The breakfasts are always fresh and tasty, just the eyes run.
In general, this hotel is the best of which I had to be. All staff of this hotel is a big respect.

I didn t have to stay at the hotel itself, but I participated in conferences held here several times. And therefore I must say that everything is at the highest level. Starting from the meetings of guests and participants, ending with coffee breaks. The quality of the displayed image on the screens during presentations is many times better than in other hotels and conference rooms. The sound from the microphone is clear, the chairs are comfortable. Employees of parallel translation work cohesively, though they do not always understand specific terminology.

Great service, comfortable well-kept rooms, delicious varied breakfasts, which are included in the room rate. The lobby has boutiques, currency exchange, but the rate here is about 5 tenge lower. Therefore, if you change a large amount, it is better to exchange in a city bank. At the entrance there is an ATM Sberbank. The room and the entire hotel are free and fast wi-fi, there are channels in Russian, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, soap and toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, etc. All at the highest level, I recommend!

This hotel has amazing and friendly staff that go above and beyond. They do their best to make your stay pleasant but they are let down by a very disappointing hotel.

What I liked:
The friendly staff, World Class gym and buffet breakfast.

What I hated:
Rooms with no temperature control. Went in the winter and the heat was turned on and even though they came in to turn it down, my room never cooled. It was the longest two days of my life.
Also, the rooms have one or two outlets. Non beside the bed. If you need to charge your phone and computer, well good luck! You have to have one or the other, not both. Rooms are updated but Lobby needs some upgrading. Things still look like they are from the 80s.

Good Hotel is one of the sickest banquet rooms in Astana) good service .. cool rooms) with a good view of Ishim and the left bank (unless of course you rent those rooms where the windows look))

Great place, very tasty food. Cooks are great! Decorated, salt is normal, everything is balanced in taste. Very courteous staff! The waiters are very unobtrusively courted, served dishes and carried away the excess. They were not felt at all! It's great!

Nice hotel, but our room was dusty. I asked to vacuum the carpet while we were at the event, but they didn t clean it that way.
