Originally, I only rated this service three stars. This was because the old coaches had broken air-con, and the seat wasn't as comfortable as I'd like. However, since then, I've used the service again - this time they've completely replaced their coaches with new ones, with much better seating by far. Couldn't be happier with the new service, so now it's five stars.

Update May 2019: since my original reviews, I ve continually received excellent service - until today. Due to nearby light rail works closing the road, the coach bay was moved. Rather than communicating this change in travel confirmation emails, Murray s were quite unprofessional and simply posted someone at the office door to direct customers around the block to the temporary coach bays. After running over there, the staff are not nearly as friendly as normal, checkin is being done of a printed page instead of a tablet, and upon asking a question in a friendly manner, the driver of my coach starts yelling, and just everyone in general seems quite stressed out. Another driver also tried to intervene when I boarded with an empty coffee cup (to dispose of in the bin on board). I get it - Saturdays are busy - but realise that maybe some of us are seasoned commuters and regular customers on your services.

Altogether, pricing on this service has also steadily risen, for honestly not much gain. The old coaches are gone, at least. This is just so much pain for what should be a Opal-enabled, frequent service provided by rail or government coaches.
