They've improved massively since 10 years ago. With that said, the price does seem to have increased slightly along with these improvements. The recent updates to the website have been the biggest overall improvement - especially to those that remember how awful the old website was, now it is much more user friendly and quick to book. I'm amazed to see how much this company has improved. Well done to everybody who works for Murrays
