After taking the plunge to try and get their passengers to Sydney on Saturday 21/12/19, the bus was forced to turn around and return to Canberra due to the bushfires. The passengers were immediately refunded. 100% gratitude to handing the whole situation with such professionalism. You tried and without success you returned our loved ones to us safely.
