Great coach company with unbelievable customer service.
I left my bag containing my passport and laptop on the coach at Sydney airport, just 2 hours before I was to take my flight. I rang Murray's and they seamlessly had the bag transferred onto the next coach traveling to Sydney airport where I picked it up (hardly having to move a muscle) while still having time to make my flight with 2 minutes to spare.
