Overall my first bad experience... Seems as if the dealership attempted to justify their service by saying my oil isn't covered... Been here three prior times for service and this was never mentioned...but horrible service lack of detail by the advisor ... I mean why buy the plan and the advisor claims the dealership took a loss w the type of oil.....

Great experience for sure. Quick to schedule. Started working on my truck soon as we arrived and finished ahead of estimated time. Best dealership we ever bought from. We bought our last 3 vehicles there at Nissan of McKinney and will buy the next one there as well.

Had a flat tire and had the MPP plan on my leased Chevrolet Equinox. Took my car to Discount tire and only took about 5 minutes for the Discount tire employee to call MPP and get a purchase order for my tire replacement. 10 minutes later I had my new tire on and driving away on with my day. Very easy process and am thrilled I had this protection plan for my car. Very much recommend

I'm so disappointed in this company. I had to call them 3 times, regarding my car stopped while I was out away from home. The Representatives were either clueless as to what they were doing. Or the others weren't concerned at all about my situation. So, the only reason why i'm keeping them as my vehicle coverage, is because i'm locked into the warranty with which I purchased my vehicle thru the dealership thru them. Poor business practices, & only about the money.

Quality service ,great service to have gives you a piece of mind if vehicle ever breaks down. Just went to the dealer and service was done right away did not have to be stressing out about where to take my vehicle, it's great... Dealership and MPP service take care of all your needs zero worries about any upfront costs and repairs, all services are done right at dealership.

Had a water pump go out in my 2015 F150. Called them up nd they said its covered. Took it to the dealer I purchased it from and within 4 hours I had my truck back. North Park Toyota of San Antonio and MPP worked great together and super fast to get my truck back to me in a wayyyyyyyy faster time than I was expecting.

This is honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It has taken over 3 months for me to get my refund on a car I don't own anymore. Every step along the way where I've pretty much just been told "sorry, that's just the way this works." I have no idea how these people even opperate. I have reported them to the BBB hoping to see some change.

I was very impressed and pleased with the service received from Jordan and his assistant. They were on time first and foremost. They were friendly, professional. I liked how they took the time to make sure that when they were cleaning my upholstery items that they put up a barrier at my front door to keep pests out as well as my air conditioning inside.
They also put down a floor covering to insure to keep my floor clean too.
Overall it was really a good experience. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The delivery was supposed to be white glove,. The delivery people arrive at my house, set in the truck smoking a cigarette, once finishing, they processed to leave the bud on my sidewalk. The did not wear booties to protect my floors, gloves to protect my items delivered, or mask to protect my family from CoVid19. Even though the temperature outside if over 100 I had to open window to air out the cigarette smell and to help sanitize my home. In addition, floors had to be cleaned as the walked across the rocks in my yard. instead of using the longer route of the walkways leaving dusty foot prints all over my title. Bed was set up without asking if the height was correct or acceptable to me. I was suppose to receive a call when they were about 30 minutes out; however that call was made while they were leaving my home. This kind of service does not look good for the Mattress firm. They need to review their contact with your delivery service for its customers.

Scammers. This is the insurance company that Vans Chevrolet (another scammers) referred to me when I bought my car. Vans Chevrolet finance department insisted that I should buy this MPP insurance because it pays for any mechanical problems. I found out that it's not true. Three weeks ago, the ABS light on my car stayed on, and a stabilitrack warning stayed on. The MPP denied the claim stating that it is the result of rock impact from driving on the gravel road. This company is a scammer! Vans Chevrolet is also a scammer and these two are working together. Beware!!!

My first day working at MPP was 6/13/16 the person that hired me was Dominic which he seems to be very laid back but yet handle business accordingly. Dominic went on vacation on 6/17/16 after Dominic went on vacation I over heard many of the managers bad mouth Dominic like he isn't human. I couldn't believe what I was hearing but I had to accept this is my first week.(Kristina, Stephanie, and Donna) was talking bad about him like isn't human. How can you make time out of your day to gossip about one of your co-workers?? On 6/24/16 was my last day working at MPP, I do have to meantion Kristina was trained 100 percent incorrectly herseIf how can you train new employees standard procedures of software and you was trainee incorrectly I'm a bit confused???I was working there for about 2 weeks, Donna the Operation Officer terminated me because she felt that I wasn't fit for the position, which was kinda weird because the people who was training me told me I was doing good and I'm a fast learner, Donna replied my co-workers didn't want to hurt my feelings by speaking the truth. I do believe that everything happens for reason. The pay is $12.00 hourly and unlimited overtime but Human Resources has to approve it. Dominic thank you for the opportunity.

Receiving benefits from the service contract couldn't have been easier. The dealership's service representative dealt directly with MPP. The $900 repair cost a little over $100 out of pocket -- the contract deductible plus "shop supplies" which are not covered by the contract.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and worked with John Crawford. He was very friendly upon my arrival and checked me in quickly. I dropped off my vehicle and was later contacted by John to let me know my air filter was in need of being replaced. He explained the cost but I never felt pressured to purchase. I let him know he could move forward in replacing the part. Upon my return John welcomed me and checked me out promptly. He topped off my Vehicle s fluids and took the time to show me where each one was located under the hood in case I needed to do so on my own. He was very courteous throughout my experience and I greatly appreciated his professionalism. I highly recommend Reliable Chevrolet and feel John Crawford is a wonderful representative of the dealership and it s service department.

The warranty does exactly as they declare at time of sale, in most cases they are fast to get with the dealership and I always get my car back repaired. I pay my deductible and they take care of me. I have needed their services multiple times and they always come through. I have even had one of their techs come out to see my vehicle when the dealer thought it had one problem and come to find out it was a simple as lug nuts not tightened enough from a recent tire replacement from a big box tire store. If you have a used car, I would recommend them. To the highly service oriented. They are a quick response company, not an instant response. So they may have a tech come look before the dealer does the right or wrong work to the car. But they take care of business. I will not hesitate to buy another MPP plan.

Everyone at MPP has been great. The transmission on my Ford Escape went out after only 60K miles, and they provided excellent support. Especially Dave Thomas who went the extra mile for me. I appreciate it! It is hard to find companies that meet standards, non the less go above and beyond. They are quick to respond and handled everything, even payment, right away!. I highly recommend and will continue using them.

MPP has been a wonderful and useful addition to my car warranty. I have used the roadside assistance, the oil change program, they have replaced my car battery, done the clear coating on my car and other repairs as I needed. One mechanic complained when I showed up with MPP. He described his past experiences with programs similar to MPP and the nightmares he endured trying to get paid. I convinced him to call and at least try. He was very pleased with them because he got paid the same day as the service. When I signed up for MPP I was in the city a lot and did not consider how difficult it would be finding mechanics to work with them. I thought I was doomed with an expensive package I wouldn't be able to use again but they have proved me very wrong. MPP is fantastic for working with rural mechanics as well as big city vendors. I'll definitely use them again with my next new car!

I am so sorry that you guys feel as if the company ripped you off.. The unfortunate truth to this is.. ANYTHING YOU SIGN WITH YOUR JOHN HANCOCK YOU MUST READ FIRST AND ASK QUESTIONS..YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE COMPANY TO VERIFY COVERAGE!! THE DEALERS JUST WANT THE COMMISION. Next time call MPP to find out what is included in your policy and to get an understanding about the coverage.
Thank you

I bought a 2006 Ford f150 in May by July I was having issues with the motor and with only 600 miles left to go before my warranty ended I took it into a Ford dealership galpin Ford in Prescott Arizona and MPP checked it out and they gave the Ford dealership of green light to replace the phasers and the timing chain which was perfect timing for me with the covid-19 I lost a job and I'm out $500 a week so I was very grateful and very thankful to the MPP company cover the repairs on my vehicle I will forever be grateful to them they are absolutely awesome so again thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I bought premier plan when I bought my 2012 Toyota. First claim was in 2017. First thing thy did when i call is telling me that "your plan does not cover that part" even though I have full mechanical coverage and the person whom I called was not even listening to my concern. They have my money but very arrogant, bad customer relations. I had Toyota dealer called them and same story. Then i gave my plan descriptions to the dealer and they called again. This time difference person, but was willing to help. He figured out in deed i have full mechanical coverage. he told it is a old plan and they no longer sell it and he has to dig deep to find out about my plan. Looks like it is their problem and people do not know about what they sold. Finally go t car fixed and dealer has to make five phone calls to get the payment for repair. very bad company and poor customer relations.
