The hotel has very little to complain of and as a repeat customer has been a pleasant and satisfying stay. The last trip between April and May included a free limited laundry facility to avail to business guests. This was a FANTASTIC idea and will bring business users like myself back regularly! Kudos Movenpick for a simple, low cost but effective loyalty sustainer. I hope this service stays.

If there is one aspect that I would like to see improved is in the F&B, namely your ForKnife restaurant for breakfast. Business people want to get in and out of breakfast ASAP to start their day. The ForKnife staff are hard working but they seem to be focused on table clearance rather than the important task ensuring coffee and tea is served. And where is the supervisor to control F&B staff activities? Every trip where I stayed at Movenpick, I have had to literally get up and chase staff for coffee/tea refills. Wastes guests time and frustrates. Please either assign one person to do the walk around with coffee/tea flasks and serve guests (especially at peak guest times) or assign an area where guests can fill their own cups.

Thank you for reading.

We stayed there last week and it was very disappointing. I was looking forward to that day since photos of rooms were quite awesome and view was amazing. As soon as we got into our room, furnitures looked really old, couch looked shabby and dirty, bathroom was so tiny and bathtub with the shower in it was totally unsafe. Not too much food to choose from in buffet breakfast as well. And to top it all, some staffs were rude especially staff at the pool area. I was having second thoughts of writing this review because some staff were great especially in the reception, concierge and in the restaurant. They were all really hepful. But that lady in the pool area is a total opposite of them all. We were totally wet after we swam (unfortunately we we're so excited to swim that we forgot our robes in our room) we asked for towels and decided we'll have a shower in our room instead. She said we cannot take it to our room and really asked if she can have it back. I asked if we can just call housekeeping to get it since we were really cold and she said that it is the hotels rules. I was totally upset and told her that there should be exceptions to the rule to which she replied that she can ask housekeeping to collect our robes while we wait down there soaking wet. I was totally shocked of her behaviour and I couldn't hide how annoyed I was. Yes I agree, rules are rules and we needed it to make everything organize. But I don't think at that moment she needed to be really following it. Should be and will always be your number one rule is to make sure your guests are comfortable and will definitely enjoy their stay. It was not what I exepcted. Totally displeased.

Loved the room. Comfortable and really feel like home room.
Staff was very friendly specially the front desk.
One thing that can be improved, service during breakfast. Due to the amount af ppl that were coming at once some tables didnt have napkins, tissues or spoons to stir your coffee/ tea. Again this might be due to large number of people as when you ask for something staff directly bring to you.

The staff are exception, housekeeping are fantastic. The hotel has two cafe's downstairs, and the main restaurant upstairs which serves a great breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for a week during the World Champs so it was very busy but the hotel staff and hotel itself was very well equipped to handle the volume of people.

The room is good clean and big, soft comfy bed and pillows, complimentary bottled water and coffee are available in the room. Wi-fi is good, TV has a lot of channels to watch.
Good breakfast buffet more varieties and selection.
GYM equipment's are new and sophisticated, love to use the treadmill.

Everything about Movenpick was quality. Most specifically the food. The range and variety was nothing I've seen. Fork & Knife I think it was called. We were in transit to the US and we stayed 18hrs. Qatar Airways. Our accommodation was amazing too and we had the choice of 2 meals before boarding the next flight to the US. We chose breakfast and lunch.

It was all buffet. There was too much to choose from. It catered for everyone and I imagine anyone passing through that diner will be happy. Variety was a very strong point. It was all marbled from head to toe (this giant of a building). The bed was so comfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on a stack of feathers. It just sunk me in. Cannot describe in words how good this was. If you're looking for value for money in Doha, this is worth it 100%. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I love Movenpick! We had a 2-night wedding anniversary staycation at a nice room several rooms up with a great view. Had all sorts of complimentary welcome stuff, a chocolate cake and a buffet dinner arrangement. Special thanks to Ms. Mariel for the warm hospitality :) We'd love to come back soon.

Hotel in terms of quietness is excellent and the service is fast, but the hotel s fault. First, I asked for a very large double bed and they gave me a room, a small double bed, and I asked for an almost finished baby bed
Secondly, the breakfast is very expensive, the person is 115 riyals. I lived for seven days and there is no free breakfast

A first class hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was superb with a wide range of food to satisfy any customer. The staff at reception and concierge were all wonderful.
I can confidently say that I will stay here the next time I come to Doha.

The smiles from the staff from beginning to end made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. The refreshing towels and drinks at reception during check-in were a thoughtful touch. Te swimming pool and gym area were fantastic. The hotel had the new feel throughout and didn t look used or tired. The location is very very good. Ran into guests from the UK also which was nice. The sea line desert camp that the hotel offers...was definitely the highlight of the entire trip and made this one of the best holidays we ve had. Will recommend to all and can t wait to get back! Well done to all the team that made this possible.

The quality of food served during breakfast has really gone down compared to 5 years back when we first stayed at the hotel. Although breakfast menu remains the same, please ensure that the food served is of good quality and worth the amount of room rate being paid. As most of the time myself and my group we stay at the hotel more that 4 - 5 nights and will be eating the same breakfast repeatedly.

The Hotel location is very good and the front desk people are very nice. what i did not like is the Lebanese guy @ the 26th floor "beauty salon"
he really don`t give a damn about hotel guests.

Restaurant food/collection can be improved, i really wish if they don`t change the location of the items everyday. they can fix a corner for the new items.

Room/guests service is very nice and i really like it and like their Staff (except the damn lebanese)

A great place to stay at Doha in my opinion. Excellent room standard, very nice and helpful staff and great location makes it a wonderful base for exploring the city. Transfer from airport is quick and easy. I'm recommending this place compared to my other stays there...

First time to checkin here and we re very satisfied with our stay. From the moment we stepped in to the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff especially at the reception. We we re even upgraded to a suite! Thanks to Raquelyn, our receptionist, who assisted us during our stay there. We also enjoyed using their spa, gym and in-door pool facilities which were clean and well-maintained. We ll definitely go back here hoping for same level of service but with more variety on the buffet breakfast.

No alcool at all in the hotel, the bar should have alcool for the foreigner.

The smoke alarm started randomly during the first night of my stay at 5AM during 30min. This was not pleasant at all!
Note that I'm not a smoker and I didn't do anything to create smoke in the room.
