The C21 team made my relocation to Victoria as stress-free as possible. They were accommodating of my busy schedule in terms of viewings (and re-viewings when I wanted to make sure what I remembered was real). I felt like finding what I was looking for was a shared goal. We even explored temporary options in case what I wanted wasn't immediately available. The application process was also straightforward. When I made by decision, there was flexibility with respect to move-in date. Ultimately, I moved in to a unit that I have been happy in from day 1 and hope to be for many years to come.
I have lived at King Arthur apartments at 1660 Fort Street 4 about 15 years. It's a great place to live. Everything's within walking distance here literally.you have shoppers drug Mart right across the street Esso gas station to the left of that. Medical building above shoppers drug Mart. Vessel liquor store to the right of that and Chinese restaurant right across the street. What more can you have? The rent is reasonable it's a beautiful looking building especially with the new balconies. We recently got a new manager ,Cal. Really good guy workhorse around the building keep the place up immaculately inside and out. And just a really friendly neighborhood.

I was moving back to Canada and relied on the Century 21 team. With their help, I rented a place, sight unseen, seamlessly and easily. They are a credit to their profession.
I was sold a unit in a View Royal new build condo that had faulty Whirlpool laundry sets. It was a known issue with many other units in the building that were occupied prior to my purchase/possession. It can be reasonably expected that given the troubles with other units that my unit would not have functioning laundry machines. Disclosure was not made that this was a potential issue by the realtor.
I had the pleasure of working with Century 21 Queenswood specifically Katie and Olivia when I was unexpectedly looking for a new home on short notice. The two of them were a true pleasure to deal with and extended more then one could ask for. Great people and from my experience a great company as well.
Provided misleading information, then totally unresponsive to phone calls and emails. To ignore potential new clients in such an unprofessional way is shocking. Hopefully, they will provide staff with better training to be capable of giving decent customer service.

My partner and I had an excellent experience with both managers Katie Markham and Aaron Lindt (sorry if that's spelled wrong!) at v1488. Both were always so friendly and approachable, which made the move in process such a breeze. Questions were answered within a reasonable time frame, and they always did their best to address and correct tenant concerns. They both genuinely and truly care about their tenants and the building, and it shows in their management. We are very sad to see them leave, but wish you both nothing but the best moving forward!
Dealing with Century 21 in comparison with other property management companies - was beyond delightful. They were given a difficult portfolio of a poorly built high rise in Victoria and dealt with issues best they could. Even when something was beyond their control, they were pleasant and professional. I miss them.
We dealt with Katie directly, and she was friendly, professional and readily available when we needed her. If she wasn t around, she was quick to letting us view units at our leisure and time in order to make a decision. Very accommodating.
Even after being our property manager she continues to help us find alternative living situations and help with our previous agreements. Nothing like having someone know the fine print and educate you accordingly.
If you re considering renting from Century 21- take my word, DO IT. My partner and I are hoping to do dealings with them again soon.
My dealings with Queenswood Realty have always been extremely pleasant and professional. As the part time super for the building, I deal with small day to day concerns, but whenever something arises that is beyond the scope of my responsibilities, I always receive prompt and efficient support from Queenswood. These are property managers that actually manage the property as opposed to simply collecting rent.
Great staff ! Super helpful and respectful landlords. The 1488 downtown Victoria is a pet friendly , very nice building. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed the area with lots near by to eat and to see. Our dog loved the nearby parks as well . Again amazing staff !
