I hate this place simply because there is no WiFi network

Microsoft Conference Center (Building 33) is an outstanding place for a group meeting / convention up to 500 or more attendees.

In-house catering is excellent, whether for a coffee break, lunch, or full buffet meal. Self-serve sodas and milk are stocked in the fridge.

Parking is available in an underground garage, and also in (limited) surface lots nearby.

You can see a section of the Berlin Wall inside!

Top notch campus but transportation is overwhelmed by the amount of traffic

It's Microsoft. Drive through their complex a couple of times. As an outsider, it was hard to find my way around.

Great experience to see the sprawling campus and realize how much of what we do every day is invented here.

It's fascinating to see the headquarters of such a famous company. But Microsoft's headquarters consists of a campus of low rise and low key smaller buildings surrounded by parking lots. There is no iconic and architecturally significant structure like several other famous organizations.

I've been trying to buy Microsoft Office from the Microsoft online store for the past 3 days...The store was trying to bill my credit card for a $0 purchase, naturally my bank declined the purchase. I called the customer service number and was told there was nothing they could do, just wait a day or two and call back in and try to purchase on the phone. So today I call in and the purchase is declined again. This time I'm told that my Microsoft account is really old and rarely used so it has to be escalated to the fraud department. Then I should receive a call back in 1-6 hours from the fraud dept that will verify my account (for the 3rd time) then it would be unlocked and I can try to give them my money again. What a joke...

Looking forward to more big things from this already awesome company!

Microsoft products are the worst and I quote the worst selling product on the market. I have had nothing but problems with Microsoft. There computers are the most horrible investment. Go with apple. It will never let you down. Bill Gates your a rip off.

We were visiting Seattle and went out of our way to visit Microsoft, and we expected more. The visitor centre had more XBOX related exhibitions than anything. Very little on the history of the company. They also have a Microsoft store when computers and merchandise. Everything was very expensive! Including the little keychains and pens... Very expensive! Parking was almost impossible! We almost have up but then one spot became available.

Fun and engaging visitor center. Everything else is obviously closed to the public but the campus is huge and beautiful.

i came in as a guest and enjoyed my time here. the food is amazing, everything is spotless, and i only encountered smiles. i loved the little reminders of what is or is not recyclable too. lots of detail here.

Visitor center is very fun, worth a visit. Lots of games to play and newest equipment. Not much historical info but great gift shop too. Kids loved it.

I'm a computer geek and gamer anyway, so this was cool. We lost one of our kids phone there and they mailed it to us priority. Great service and interesting stuff there.

Piss off Microsoft, this is ridiculous. Getting this message over and over while trying to log into skype. Do you guys really get paid for the stuff you produce and that doesn't work? A shame

The biggest Joke of a company I've had to work with. I try to call customer support and they don't speak English well enough to understand what I'm saying to be able to help me effectively. I call the corporate office and their call routers now screen my calls instead of picking up the phone. I just wanted someone who speaks English fluently. I've spent about 2 hours now trying to resolve the issue I have. Now I call and connect with Chris Hecker by saying his name in the directory cue and he picks up to only hangup on me less than 60 seconds later after answering without saying a word. Is this the kind of company you are? I will never use Microsoft for anything I can avoid using them for and stick with apple. At least they know how to treat their customers.

MICROSOFT IS DISAPPOINTED SINCE WINDOW 7 . LATER WINDOW 8 AND 10 NO REVOLUTION CHANGE FOR THE MOST TERMINAL USERS AND VERY POOR PROTECTION FOR COMPUTER VIRUS. MAYBE YOUR COMPANY HAS SO MANY PROFESSIONS BUT NO MASTER MINDER

Microsoft has always been an inspiration to me their products do have problems sometimes but I have never bought a Microsoft product and felt ripped off.

I am embarrassed by the direction Microsoft has taken lately (last 5 years). Their subscription based software renewal / sales is borderline theft! Once you subscribe with a credit card they will charge without asking permission. The software is over priced and greed is running ramp-id at this bloated US company. Look else where like OpenOffice.

Great place to spend an afternoon and visit HQ. It was fun playing around with the latest technology and learning about the company's history. Even though admission is free, we spent our money at the Microsoft store on some highly priced, Microsoft stamped souvenir products.

Played some mafia games with our Seattle friends. Microsoft is interesting place actually. With all that nice designs and art objects. Comfortable rest areas and food. Really huge corporation , it s like separate world with different cities

Microsoft is not a software company, contrary to popular belief. It's actually a stress factory, with software simply a by-product.
