The biggest Joke of a company I've had to work with. I try to call customer support and they don't speak English well enough to understand what I'm saying to be able to help me effectively. I call the corporate office and their call routers now screen my calls instead of picking up the phone. I just wanted someone who speaks English fluently. I've spent about 2 hours now trying to resolve the issue I have. Now I call and connect with Chris Hecker by saying his name in the directory cue and he picks up to only hangup on me less than 60 seconds later after answering without saying a word. Is this the kind of company you are? I will never use Microsoft for anything I can avoid using them for and stick with apple. At least they know how to treat their customers.
