This company doesn't care about their long time costumers and most of their apps have poor security features, they have other companies handling customer support which ends up with them not being customer oriented and just marking everything has spam.

These fools do not care. Robotic automatic response emails, a Habbo shop more greedy than Apple and a poor moderation team. Two game and support has always been poor but just keeps going downhill.
