MetaTouch is exactly as my friend who recommended it to me described. It's a no-frills kind of place that is meant to dig in and fix you up. Quite possibly one of the most effective massages that I have had. My therapist got to the problem and worked it out very well.

Couldn t speak more highly of my experience with Holden. Healed a deep shoulder pain I ve had for 12 years in under 5 minutes. Needless to say, I was stunned. He s uniquely gifted at scanning the body in a holistic way and identifying the often hidden and unexpected root cause of pain.
