Holden is fantastic! I was having a lot oh headach...

Holden is fantastic! I was having a lot oh headaches, even migraines, that were leaving me in a constant state of disequilibrium and brain fog. I was really suffering.

I had two sessions with Holden. He worked on the areas he felt would contribute to my problem (all the while explaining what and why he was doing things), and gave me some things I could do at home as well.

Fast forward a week or so, I had an employee ask me how I was feeling...I had to think about it!! I was so used to being consumed with how poorly I was feeling all day that I forgot what it felt like to not have pain. It was a great moment when I realized my answer was I feel good!! ...

I went 4 months without any issue after that.

I plan on going back monthly for maintenance. I figure I can either pay a guy that genuinely cares about my well-being and addresses what s causing my pain, or I can pay my doctor and the pharmacy god knows how much to just mask the symptoms. It s a smart investment for my health and I m grateful to Holden and his great staff for the positive experiences so far!
