After two pregnancies and breast feeding for about 3 years my body was in need of some TLC. Holden was very warm and personable and made what can be an awkward situation (being half naked under a little sheet) a comfortable and relaxing experience. I had sprained my back several months earlier and was unsure if I even needed to be "fixed" (as it had more or less healed) but I had some tension in my neck and shoulders and still would feel tingling in my back on occasions. My husband has known Holden for many years now and would always return from his visits with him as if he had seen a miracle worker! I finally decided it was my turn for a change. Holden gave me a short assessment and pointed out that not only was my neck locked up but my left hip was locked and three ribs were out of place. Oh the joys of having children! I left MetaTouch feeling loose, relaxed and refreshed. I would definitely recommend anyone to pay them a visit!
