Holden is an extraordinarily talented healer. I had a labral tear in my right shoulder due to a poor adjustment from a chiropractor. For several weeks, I had severe pain, popping and clicking and was unable to sleep. The muscles in my upper back and neck had turned to stone and my range of motion was greatly reduced. An ortho had recommended a cortisone injection and PT which would most likely have turned into a need for surgery.

In 3 visits, Holden fixed the pain in my shoulder as well as the other areas impacted by my injury. He instructed me on home exercises and now my right shoulder has the same ROM as the left! (PSA - do your homework! It makes all the difference.)

Holden even helped with pain from 2 epidurals that I had suffered with for years. I highly recommend his services and am looking forward to getting a massage from one of his highly-skilled therapists in the near future.
