Unfriendly staff.
On a non busy weekday morning, not even need to lineup to get in. Told front staff want to check out men s stuff, she told me they will know when I go upstairs. Browser by myself for 20mins, no one help or even say hello on that stair. Have to catch someone ask about things that I interested in.
I travel many countries, so far this flagship store is the most disappointed with service.
Even the other LV store at Paris had much much better service experience than this one.

Came in, there was no queue which was good, had to ask for assistance, asked SA for a bag, waited ages for her to come with the bag, had to ask for drinks myself, bag was with defect, lock was all scratched, asked for another one, again problem, lock ok but canvas was scratched, asked for another one, SA said that i will not find a perfect one, excuse me what?? You pay a grand for the bag and it cannot be perfect? She came back with 2 more bags, one was good another one was from display looked very worn off, why she brought that one i don't know, experience was so so, in the evening took the bag out and it began raining, came to the hotel saw the water came inside, whattt??? It suppose to be waterproof, had to go to another LV store to exchange it, seems to be difficult to find a perfect LV speedy bag, they all have something, hope the new one will be ok

Crowded shop, but very nice, 3 floors shop, you can go in and look at the beautiful stuff they have but the prices... not suitable for everyone... but great staff and welcoming place, there are Lamborghinis and Ferraris for rent infront of the place.

Enormous store. You do have to wait a while for a shop assistant to help. But when they do they are very helpful.
