Great statues in the parc around the offices and the Business College. Big giant chess table. Free admission. Good coffee in the This is Melbourne too. I especially like the fountain and the pond in the middle of the green field.

Ideal work environment ... Really quiet, green zone, Danube shore around, the not too crowded office buildings. With a car you can only get permission or pay it - but it is not blocked, with bikes, on foot anyone has come to walk or even in restaurants.
