Great place for bags. Though they couldn't fix the paint stain on my bag. That was really surprising considering the cost of their bags and the fact that they make them! Still love their bags all in all. Lol

Mason n1 even if not the first ever of the great Louis Vuitton brand, several luxury floors and beautiful accessories ... the staff as in every brand boutique is a cut above any other comparable shop ... if you happen to be in Paris even if you don't you want to buy anything take a tour in the store it's worth it ...

There was a short line to get inside the store. Once inside you were able to browse freely. Didn't see anything that I couldn't find in the NYC store!

I had my Speedy bag fixed, I was received with professionalism and a lot of delicacy and a speed of unheard of execution. It's really a big brand. Very very satisfied.

What's not to love! Emilee was a joy to work with and truly provided a customer valued experience. I went for a bag, and they have an expansive selection, amongst other things. The entire buying experience was wonderful and added to the joy of my purchase.

I visited this place with my wife since we were staying at Champs Elysee and this store was just across the road. it's a big store in fact a multi story store. The collection of store was told to be of latest fashion. The guy entertained us was named willy R.
Willy, a young smart guy guided us well and helped us making a choice about our purchase by supplying additional information like which are more selling items or which are more liked items etc. My wife chose one hand bag for her and once she gave her nod to pack the bag, Willy as a smart sales person showed her a few scarves and also mentioned that the scarf can be draped around the hand bag handle as well to make it look more classy and presented a demonstration. Finally my wife picked up 2 scarves as well. In the end Willy ordered for champagne, very aptly and we all celebrated happy shopping session.

Champ-elysees maison is exceptionally terrible in service. First of all, it doesnt have designated seller service as all the other stores do. When I managed to find a random seller, she was hustling and saying "if you dont decide and pay fast I will give it to another customer so be quick". An attitude you would never imagine from a brand like LV. All the other stores including Lafayette, Printemps, Vendome and Saintgermain are fine. I'd recommend to try the others instead of Champs-Elysees maison.

It's just Louis Vuitton's main store, and the store is always crowded (especially many Chinese people). For this reason, we wait for a long time until customer service, but the response itself is polite and likable.

Service is very slow. For the amount of money you spend in the store you would think customer service was better. Especially since there is a line outside and they limit the number of people in the store.

I love it, I was so well attended by Milkica Stojkovic, look for this saleswoman she speaks Portuguese and Spanish, she will help you in everything and will make you feel special, very patient and friendly.

Beautiful but over crowded.. Walk a little distance for a much less crowded LV showroom. But, if you go to Lafayette, you'll get immediate tax return

During our visit to Paris we stop in the shop. A choice that we greatly regretted later ... We ask a seller for information seeing that no one was able to inform us (have us wandered from one room to another) then the same seller told us not to be part of staff. Two minutes later I see him serving a couple may be more attractive than us !! no professionalism ... Once we find someone who is kind enough to inform us, we are waiting about an hour at the checkout. Go to Italy in the outlets you would be a thousand times better received this is guaranteed.
