Unfriendly staff.
On a non busy weekday morning, not even need to lineup to get in. Told front staff want to check out men s stuff, she told me they will know when I go upstairs. Browser by myself for 20mins, no one help or even say hello on that stair. Have to catch someone ask about things that I interested in.
I travel many countries, so far this flagship store is the most disappointed with service.
Even the other LV store at Paris had much much better service experience than this one.
LVMH, you have no excuse when world traveller come to your LV Paris home flagship store, this is the place where you want to setup example. Excellent or terrible.
