Fantastic service!!!! These guys are extremely knowledgeable and strive to meet your expectations and stay within your budget. I took my car in with a nasty leak. Not only did they thoroughly explain the problem and work with me to fix it RIGHT, and not do some patch job like you'll see with some neighborhood mechanics, but they also took care of some maintenance issues I'd been ignoring to keep my car running strong. Everyone needs a relationship with a trustworthy car repair facility, and Lucas Auto Care has earned my business.

I had one of their customers stop at my shop in Southfields NY. A compressor they installed had failed they shipped a new compressor to me and paid the labor to install it. They honored their warranty for a customer out of state that shows great customer service if your in that area you should use these guys

My first time at this place. I had to take my Audi Q7 for alignment after spending a boat load of money on tires that had to be replaced after a year. They took my car in, did a full alignment and considering that I just had spent quite a bit for my tires, they didn't charge me anything. It was complimentary!!! ($150 value)

I cannot begin to describe how great this shop is. Chris and Kirby run the best Auto Mechanic shop in Houston. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do repair work at a reasonable price and are more than fair in dealing with their customers. The best part of Lucas Auto Care is that even if they are busy they always have time to make sure the customers are happy.

Took care of me and my Audi. When my ECU had water in it, they took the time to dry it out and seal it up, instead of just replacing it! Saved me a boat-load of cash. This place actually takes care of their customers, and not just their bottom line. Highly recommend!!!!!! A+++ :)

Excellent customer and car care. When my senior Land Rover needed more TLC than a dealer could provide, I found Lucas Auto. The positive relationship building between new and long term customers is authentic, courteous, and professional, easily observed in a short visit in the lobby. Pricing is reasonable, work needs are appropriate and discussed in as much detail as desired.

21 year Cypress resident and Euro Sportscar Enthusiast with a MB C350 and E63 AMG! But now divorced and perm US MIL DAV budget! Ha! So! Honestly, the people at Lucas over the last few years services for my cars, have been "THOROUGH and COMPLETE, with as high as quality as any MBUSA Service Center, in some instances, Lucas' QA Standards were higher and better implemented. They have always treated me professionally and after a while as a friend, while never losing sight of focus of the care and responsibility they manage. In any instance, over the many occasions that I've taken my vehicles there for maintenance or scheduled service, an undiagnosed warning light problem or even my daughter's Mercedes CLA250 for her year state inspection. I have to mention the Lead MB Mech that personally performed some work on the 6.2L
(512 HP) beast of a motor my AMG has in it that he helped troubleshoot a performance issue, resolve absolutely then personally come on a ride along with me afterwards simply to ensure I was happy with it's newly restored power. Such a modest, humble and nice guy, there with me, both taking turns driving it while discussing the car. But he had fixed what so many other MBUSA Dealers and Techs couldn't, in several states!
Lastly, they always made it "convenient" and "affordable" and never forgot that I was a person. At times they knew I'd likely need to be picked up to come get my car, or taken home instead or waiting there for it in their lobby, it was being offered to me before I'd even need to ask. And on the times I have waited in the lobby, the environment has never once changed or dropped professionally, in fact at times it became more comfortable, not just for me, but the other customers as well.
I benefit nothing from this but I hope hope anyone reading it may benefit from it. Lucas it "Trustworthy!"

Amazing customer service. Took my car for an oil change and brake flush. Quick turnaround and car is running great! Chris was awesome. Sent me a text with a quote on recommendations for additional work needed. No pressure or hassle on adding. He took the time to explain everything. Will definitely be back!

I had car trouble and was towed there at closing time. These guys took the time to diagnose my car after hours. I strongly recommend them for their customer service and quick turn around. I had some maintenance done a few weeks ago and the price was at least 20% less than the dealer and at least twice as fast.

I have been to Lucas a couple of times now with my Audi, Why? First the quality honest mechanics... of course, wouldn t go back if that trust wasn t there right?! Second, if I have to wait for an hour for my car why not have a great conversation with entertaining, warm and caring individuals. I would send my best friend here. So, go try it out! Local businesses rock!!

Dropped off 911 for a check engine and a brake flush. Honest assessment of check engine light. Some loose mass flow sensor that was easily fixed. brake flush charge very reasonable. They didnt have the brake fluid I wanted but were able to procure it in a day and got the flush done quickly.

I just brought my car in to get a new set of tires. My wife had done the same a couple of months ago to a competitor nearby. In her case, there were constant attempts to upsell, badgering about buying this service and that service, and the job took the entire day. My experience at Lucas was exactly the opposite. No attempts to upsell other than the cursory "Are you interested in this service?", they actually took no for an answer. The tire change was done in a matter of hours at wasn't outlandishly expensive. I went in steeling myself to have another stressful experience and didn't have one at all. I'll happily use them again.

I had a great experience with Lucas in my 60k check up for my LEXUS RX350. I ve been wanting to try them. Extremely nice, very friendly, fair, professional and respectful. They rushed my inspection so I could get my sticker before 6 pm on the 31st! Great job and they fit me in. I ll go back as long as they keep up their integrity and honesty.

Had body work performed on my Mercedes and the results were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised about the attention to detail demonstrated with my repair needs. I personally feel that such excellent care is the rule at Lucas and not the exception.

Very professional and they provide top service. I totally trust them with my Porsche and believe they provide better than dealer service at substantially lower cost.

I have been taking my SLK to Tyger's for nearly 3 years now. They have never been anything less than honest and courteous. Tyger and the shop have stood by every repair large or small and I have always felt like his priority was to keep me as a client over all else. As a Nurse I believe having a good mechanic is almost more important than having a good doctor!

Easy to schedule my appointment, sent a reminder the day prior. Was given a ride home so I didn t have to wait and offered a ride back. Professional and cost what they quoted over the phone.

Summation: Poor customer service couple with poor workmenship.

I have had two service experiences with them. The first seemed great. They seemed knowledgeable and were responsive. They fixed a transmission bracket and a few other items on my wife's Volvo. The next time I had them work on my BMW they work was slow. One item included windshield replacement.
This is where it went bad. The install was poorly done. They destroyed my rain sensor, and the glass has visible defects. Criag was unresponsive and unconcerned over this issues. It took over a month for them to replace the rain sensor they broke. They would not replace the glass that was defective.

On top of all this the transmission goes out on my wife's Volvo. Not related to their work. But the Volvo dealership informs me of a sub standard repair preformed on the transmission bracket. They wrong type of equipment was used in the repair.

GREAT SERVICE! I was traveling and they helped me get back on the road!!

I agree with the other reviews on here. This is a great place to get your car fixed. The guys there are always friendly and honest. I used to get my car serviced at the Mercedes dealership (won't mention which one but what a ripoff!) Ashley, the manager I believe is very helpful. Would not hesitate to highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Lucas Auto Car for many years even though I don t live close to them. This is because they give such excellent service and go above and beyond what others do. I needed an inspection and knew there would be other things that probably needed to be done. They check everything to make sure my car is in tip top condition, so I don t have to worry. They also tell me if it needs attention now or can wait, so I can choose what works best for me. They drive me to my sons place, contact me with what they ve found and pick me up when it s done. And this year they surprised their customers with a coupon for $75 off so we could catch up on any needed repairs. (Don t tell them, but I would have had it all done anyway-LOL)

I went in to have a alignment and the people did a great job. They was more reasonable than dealers prices. There wait room was comfortable and with refreshments. Everyone was so nice. I will be going back for all my car troublesoutside of my warranty.

I've been coming to Tyger for the last 2 yrs for my Acura. Oil change price is higher then most, but is still a good price considering trained techs are touching your ride instead of the high school kids at Jiffylube.

Had a positive experience on my 2005 X5.Did a great transmission service and when I went back to pick up my car looks shiny and clean.

My experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Tyger and Owen were very professional and helpful. Everything was explained upfront as to cost and time involved.
I noticed that everyone that came into the business was greeted right away and had questions answered quickly.

My experience with Lucas began with a phone call yesterday which was great. I was looking for an oil change on my 2016 Audi Q5; I had a ton of questions and Evan addressed each one. I brought my car in today for that oil change and ran into Tyger the owner. Great guy. They changed the oil and inspected my brakes in good faith. I was in and out very fast I would bring my other cars into them and if you happen to have a German Luxury car and don't wan't to get hammered by the dealer I 'd go here.

Overall I am please with the Service I received at Lucas Auto Care although I asked that the side marker bulb be replaced on the Passenger Side Front and would like that to be scheduled to be addressed.

Had a prepurchase inspection performed on a 2015 LR4 that a nation wide used car chain was selling. The inspection noted deficiencies an average person would have missed that I was able to have the dealer correct. That $140 investment in an inspection yielded new bushings, a lower left control arm, new brakes, and more importantly a little peace of mind. Highly satisfied and do recommend this service from the talented folks at Lucas Auto Care.

My first experience at Lucas Auto Care was great! Before working on a vehicle, they perform a standard routine check to assure that there are no other problems. Their mechanics caught a small problem that the dealership had glanced over, explained the issue and had it resolved. We took a truck to these guys for an inspection before buying it a few months ago- they were very thorough and helped me (someone who understands very little about the car) understand exactly what was right and what was wrong with the truck. I believe it was the owner we worked with and he was extremely helpful and friendly, couldn't have asked for better service. I wish we lived closer to this area because these guys would be my go-to auto shop.

Awesome caring people I would recommend to my closest family

Not knowing much about cars, I initially went here because my roommate/car expert recommended i go here as opposed to the BMW dealership. Not only did they replace my halogen lights with projectors flawlessly, but it also only took around an hour.
Ever since that, I have only gone here for any repairs or advice. I went in about 3 weeks ago because my service light was on and they checked it out and told me exactly what the problem was. I went in again today to get it the microfilter replaced and they did it for 2/3rds the price of the BMW dealership.
The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and seem to be looking out for the customers best interest. I would highly recommend going here with any BMW questions or concerns over the dealership.

Had a need to correct a bent fender that was preventing front door to close properly. Without an Appt they fit me in and fixed the fender and it was so well done you see no trace of repair or damage. It s perfectly done. Nothing less than perfection.

Today was my first experience dealing with the team. I called ahead to let them know the requested service and they preordered my parts. Once I arrived they promptly proceeded working on my car. Although the service took a couple of hours, I took the opportunity to walk across the street and enjoy the neighboring shops. Take my '02 VW here for past 4 years and cannot speak highly enough of they place. Highly competent and explain/discuss problems and options for fixing my car. I've recommended them and will continue to go to them on this and any other foreign car I own.

Best experience I've had a shop bar none. I know a little bit about cars but play dumb when I talk to mechanics so I know if they're being honest or not. Lucas Auto Care was honest and respectful and have me a list of what I needed to have repaired along with the urgency of each item.

After receiving a ridiculous quote from the Mercedes dealership for my Mercedes I decided I wanted a second opinion. Not only did Jason quote me a more reasonable price for the repair, he then figured out the problem was something else entirely and the cost was going to be even lower! He had my vehicle fixed in no time.
