Terrible customer service and they like to sneak your phone bill up. There are better - more competitive services out there. Use those.

How come Virgin Media charge so much? Is it because they post marketing letters to every address in the UK not currently connected to Virgin Media twice a week.. ? Ah! That is the reason. Terrible way to do marketing: intrusive, annoying, wasteful, stupid.
If they just stuck to TV ads I might consider their product more favourably - be clear, their marketing is as bad or worse than the efforts of Capita in collection of TV licence fees; far too many letters every week -- and it makes no difference if you tell them "no TV here" or "don't call me, I'll call you" - the letters keep arriving.
Damn fool company.

Dreadful company with no customer service. Internet constantly drops out and costs a fortune.

Probably one of the most expensive broadband providers in the UK and the one worth the least.
Horrible customer service - so terrible even that after 20minutes waiting on the phone you can't get through to them. They never pick up even if you wait on the line for indefinite amounts of time.

Broadband is also extremely unreliable! Would definitely not recommend. Stay away.

The worst customer service you'll ever experience I promise you that. Increased prices by 45% in 3 years and says it's to improve services that are never improved. Normally if I am investing to improve a servic I would be a shareholder but Virgin make their customers do all of the investing without rewarding.

This is not a Virginia media store. Not for customers, don t come here

Awful costumer service, awful services.

Services provided are OK, but if you have any issue then your life will be chaos! lost of time wasted trying to get in contact with them! all their shops closed! their billing system has many flaws! you're lucky if you call and it's answered in less than 1h. Very frustrated with their customer care! I definitely do not recommend it...
