Broadband services is getting disrupted often. Complaint resolution is good. However, technology should be used to resolve issues more proactively.

I have sent them a message about a new connection to which they haven't replied yet and it's been a week. I have tried calling them on multiple numbers and also emailed them. I have even contacted them on WhatsApp but total radio silence on their part.
