Very good family stay! And don't worry of hotel age at all!!! Spire Ambassador - we arrived 2am early morning from Dubai, check-in welcome drinks were seamless. Rooms was great, including suite. Breakfast, tea time and cocktails made a day a Breeze, beach, massage even make us happier more. Yes a hotel is bit dated, but it can't hide other benefits as amazing food and drinks in restaurants, beach, pools, staff. Have a nice stay.

Great place for a time out in Abu Dhabi, staff is helpful and rooms are nice and clean. If you are planning a longer stay think about their all inclusive offer which is making your stay more comfortable.

Nice Hotel, beautiful and calm beach. The health club was great with it's workout area. The spa could be a bit more modern. Staff was very friendly, especially Vijay from the housekeeping.

My five stars goes for InterContinental Abu Dhabi. Simply excellent hotel whether for you go for business trip or leisure. Hotel has good location and enjoable facilities like pool and private beach. Rooms are modern, clean and sized enough with nice view to Abu Dhabi skyline, breakfast superb. Hotel is fine for families with kids. Cost are average for the InterContinental stadart.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful location, what makes it specials are the staff. Friendly and accomodating. Enjoyed the beach and the pool that recently open . Definitely coming back for the weekend

I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is very beautiful. The room was beautiful. The staff were lovely. Ask what is trying to help. In particular, the housekeeping department takes very good care of the restaurant. The place may look somewhat complicated. But overall is good The swimming pool and private beach are very beautiful. The service staff is very good. Because there are 2 swimming pools in the hotel area and a little walk away.

Food was good, environment fantastic, atmosphere good.
Range of food wa a bit limited.

5 days stay there was superb they have gym swimming pool and the best thing beach behind the hotel which is very neat and calm

We were there a few years ago and can only recommend the hotel! Shuttle to and from the airport. Shuttle to malls. Beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach included. Great food, Saturday lunch seafood with sushi and the like, otherwise daily theme nights. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and every day as a little attention chocolate. All in all, top. At that time it was a German hotel manager, praise him accordingly. We felt completely comfortable.

The service is superb and it's a very respectable hotel.

I can only recommend the hotel. Everything was perfect. Great room, beautiful pool area on the private beach and a more than excellent service.

There was some misunderstanding, but promptly remedied. I was very struck by the rather than obsequious way of making me forget that little mole by inviting me for free for lunch or dinner, as I would have preferred in one of their seven restaurants. Obviously that little inconvenience came to the attention of the receptionists, waiters and porters who have shown a particular education and willingness to meet me as if to apologize even if they had no guilt .. Until now continue to wonder if the stay okay, to communicate if something does not meet my expectations. To complete this wonderful behavior, concern and attention to the customer me a beautiful bouquet was delivered with which the desk again apologized for the mix up and wished me to spend a quiet holiday. Now I say: such a thing has never happened to me, accompanied by an education and sensitivity in all senses as in this stupendous hotel, yet I have traveled around the world and I have had serious problems, but those responsible have limited themselves to a simple "SCUSI". If you have to choose a polite, cultured, available place, come to the United Arab Emirates. He DESERVES. Thanks to all the staff from the first to the last. FLORIANA GIULIA.

Wonderful holiday in the Intercontinental

Our best hotel experience so far. From reception to farewell perfect. The beautiful rooms complete the whole thing. The hospitality and the service, the nice staff - special thanks to Mr. Ramly, if you need help or to inquire he stood aside and explained everything you needed, no matter how much time it took. He helped us a lot with our holiday and is very thankful for his help.
Hotel can be recommended without exception, we will be back!
