Excellent: beds, facilities , lobby and Employees ...
Excellent: beds, facilities , lobby and Employees and barista in breakfast
Good: breakfast, cleanliness of rooms
Week: response of room service, check in , quality of food

The hotel was too busy so that caused miss control of management and service.
Arrived on 3:30 pm , the room wasn t ready,
received the keys on 4:40 pm
- i had to took my luggage by myself because I called room service twice time nobody answered me.
-I ordered scrambled eggs , waffles and pancakes
I received them after 40 minuets , they were too cold to eat with bad taste.
It were really disedible
I apologize for that , this is intercontinental hotel and presents these bad quality food !!!
