Al Manzel Hotel – Abu Dhabi Review

My experience in this hotel was ok but not perfect. The most disadvantage in this hotel it doesnt have free parking you should pay to get valet parking. They give me free upgrade from studio to big bed room. The rooms are clean but the location of the hotel is not ok.

Very good facility. Touch expensive but then very well maintained and classy hotel. Staff is cheerful as well.

The hotel has many facilities in the rooms. The staff are very helpful and the food in the restaurant is good. I will stay again.

The hotel is on the tired side, and self service apartments do not have a microwave or a toaster, which is poor. Add to this that the gym facilities are basic.

I would not recommend this for long term stays, as they do not offer any good discounts.

But I cannot dispute the fact the hotel is in great location and the vast majority of Staff provide a really goo service and are helpful.

I went there for the breakfast. There pastries are awesome, but too much meats for a breakfast. They are using meat in around 70% of the food!

It was heavenly stayed 15 days.. Good hospitable stuff. Basically the bell boy from myanmer he always have a great smile on his face.

Very good deluxe hotel apartment with amazing rooms and courteous staff. Good location nearby Abu Dhabi mall and good connectivity to whole of Abu Dhabi. Very nice restaurant and recreational activities like gym swimming pool etc.

This apartment style hotel have quite large rooms, small kitchen, access to gym and pool. Location is okay, walking distance to Abu Dhabi mall. Friendly staff.

Now to negatives: the gym is very limited. Room cleaning service is very poor.

Room interior layout is nice . A partion stands between the bed area and the seating area which gives good space distribution . However, bathroom is noticeably small with no vanity counter top. Old furniture in the room . Old towels .
Overall Hotel needs refurbishment.

Beautiful apartments with good views, small in size

Its hotel apartment with all the amenities.. that too in the centre of the city.. you can have delicious multi cuisine breakfast.. rooms are quite specious with 24hours hot water supply..

I would suggest Al manzel hotel apartment if in Abu Dhabi

Great place to stay. The rooms are spacious and have a kitchenette that is fully equipped. A new thing they added was paying for parking which is annoying as it is a hotel.

Staff unfriendly. The room itself was very spacious but with a smell of old and cold tobacco. The rooftop pool is friendly but not at all suitable for children.

Good place for your money. There is everything that is stated. Nearby are several supermarkets, Indian restaurants, hairdressers and Abu Dhabi Mall.

Very unsuccessful hotel not recommended. The rooms are small, clean, and slow. There are no insulators between the rooms and also the smell of eating from some rooms because of bad ventilation. The parking is not free and the hotel is not explained in Buckingham. Also price is overpriced for services.

Very old and outdated. Customer service is poor.

Don't bother calling front desk or concise, they will not follow up nor will they give you a call back if you ask.

Communication is poor, reservations failed to inform front desk of my discount that was offered.

There is only valet parking and they park tour vehecle on the street. I saw them using my car to drive back and forth to find other cars.

Best place to stay in tourist club. Stayed almost 3 month here. Excellent service and good customer service.

Good place to stay and there is a kitchen and everything is provided.
