Cancelled booking via free cancellation scheme... But money not refunded...very disappointed

Hotel is dated and old. Lift up to room was jerky. I had requested a non smoking room at the time of booking only to have a smoking room in the end. Curtains in room were falling off the railing, bed overly hard, no towels and there is quite a bit of damage to the furniture. I will definitely not be booking here any time in the future. I had only booked as it was F1 weekend and everything was sold out in the city.

Overall, the hotel is very good, the rooms are clean and spacious, the location is very special, the room cleaners are excellent and skilled and high efficiency, the prices are distinctive, the hotel can be rated as more than three stars. This review after staying more than 45 days, thank you very much for the hotel management and staff

Was a horrible stay!! The customer service was garbage, had to wait at the reception for a long time. The rooms are not cleaned at all. The furniture is old and is dirty. Would never stay here again even if it s free... Forgot to mention the smell is like garbage.

The place is very dirty clean and reception and services are not said about a hotel I never recommend it

1 star hotel and very old construction. On smoking floor you can smell the smoke just as you exit the lift. Rooms are also reasonable and old building.

If Abu Dhabi returns, it is definitely worth the time

Best location to get easy transportation and restaurants.. especially for south Indians..it's a budget hotel with royal look.. everything easily accessible.. markets,malls, exchange,gold shops and restaurants..all within 1.5km ..

Bad smell and no towels and also the information published is not accurate

Generally practical for short stay .. parking is near by and location is in active area

Rooms are much spacious and the services providing also good. There's no own restaurant but from nearby restaurants easy to get the food and all. All will be delivered in room.

just a normal hotel,courteous staff,in the heart of the city.Comparitively older building with very large space rooms.nearby to many restaurants and prime places.opposite to al maryah mall.

This is the best hotel in Abhudhabi and no.1 service provider..

It is a Hotel to spend the night only, but it is not totally comfortable to spend a peaceful weekend.

To whom it may concern,
My friend @@@ was given room 1707. I came at around 5pm as his visitor. Past 6pm we go out and he came back alone. @@@ told me that he will leave at 11pm so he will give me the room. I asked my other friend to confirm if its okay for me to use the said room since @@@ offered it to me. 10:36pm my friend called in and explained the situation. The person who answered the call was in English-Arabic accent. My friend asked if he can fully understand English so it ended up passing the call to his colleague. My friend clearly asked the person on the line if I can use the room. He said that he fully understand my side and there is no problem with it at all. Having said that, I rushed from Mushrif to the hotel. When I came there, the receptionist repeatedly saying its not allowed to transfer the room under my name. I am not asking to transfer it under my name but to use it since I am the second person and it was given to me by my friend @@@. While I am talking to the other receptionist, Walid interrupted and sarcastically said, Ok give him free. Walid don t know how to talk therapeutically. At the end of our conversation, we asked who is the person who picked up the phone and advice that there will be no problem if I will use the room without @@@. At first they keep on saying that it doesn t matter. Walid admitted that it was him who gave the wrong information. I should not rushed to come over if it is not allowed. I hope your employees know what information are they giving to customer so inconvenience will not be happen. Send them also to customer service training.

Nice hotel and a great place to be for weekend parties. Can decide to visit nearby bars or take a trip to the Yas island and come back for a cosy sleep. Budget friendly if you can book online.

In the general context it is a comfortable hotel, located in a beautiful area, from an economic point of view I would say adequate .... Also suitable for a family ... The building, like the rooms, would need some intervention for me in my opinion be appreciated to the fullest ... The friendly staff ... The taxi service is available 24 hours a day ... at the entrance of the hotel there is an Italian cafeteria not managed by the hotel

They are not professional at all. I had a booking at their spa, and they cancelled it without informing me. I only discovered when I went there.

Cheap and cheerful. Check in took 20 mins after waiting for 10 minutes. Room was average, bathroom suffering from damp and mould. Locals playing cards in the reception so there was no room to wait. Not enjoyable experience for me

A decent stay place with good neighborhood, perfect at the price...

This hotel is situated in a residential area of Abu Dhabi. Nice rooms, Clean toilets, good behavior. Their room rent is also reasonable. This hotel would be a good choice for staying in Abu Dhabi.

Budget hotel. Staff was friendly but looked a bit over worked.

The hotel is not very. Got to the Olympics and the price tag was raised 2 times from their real prices. Finish useless: laminate and furniture cover exfoliate. Near the hotel is a flamingo - much better.

cool. .. calm and quite. . no night club or bar. . need to be have some renovation. . staffs are very honest. .. especially receptionist Ms pannam Begum (not sure about the spelling).. she is humble and Noble ready to assist always. . cheaper .. and all the time there is taxi just outside waiting for guests for ride. . lots of food chains close by. . bank KFC pizza Hut. . salon. . shopping mall. .you can name it. ..
all together i am impressed with the hotel. . i stayed there since March 10 to 29..
