Absolute scam. Refuse to cancel service - continues to bill and and then threatens collection. Entire business model seems to be skimming charges off of people who fell for the service in the first place. Avoid at all cost - you will never be rid of them without paying credit ransom.

2. After we closed our account with them, they intentionally notified the tax agency where our business used to operate, as a way to "get back" at us for closing our account.

Unfortunately, I came to Incorp through a 3rd party organizer. And due to some shortcomings of the organizer, I had to change registered agents. Incorp was very helpful in fixing my problem and I had it done in less than an hour. Very recommended!

I cancelled my service with InCorp Service four or five years ago and it keep sending me bills. At this point, I'm going to report IncCorp to my state's attorney general's office to stop dunning me with $99 bills for cancelled service.
