All around best pizza salad was awesome and great service

Disclaimer: I hate St Louis-style pizza. But, if you really feel you have to try it, try it at Imo's. And if you really must eat Imo's the Hampton location is the one that will be least nauseous. It's pretty busy in the evenings, so plan accordingly. (But, really, if you're going to have to wait a while for your pizza to arrive, why not go to Dewey's or Black Thorn?)

Some great pies delivered and for pickup. A STL legend since I was a kid in the 70s.

Recommended by our Uber driver after the Cards-Reds game. I have to say this was the worst pizza I have ever had. Tasted like cheese whiz on cardboard. Out-of-towners, don't fall for this "must eat" pizza.

I called in a pickup order & when I get there 20mins later,they tell me I don't have an order and now I have to wait and additional 20mins. This is the second time this has happened and another time,they had my name wrong. Chic that answers the phone doesn't know what she is doing. So I will go to Pironnie's Pizzeria from now on. It's out of my way but worth the drive for great customer service and excellent pizza. Imos needs to do better and get better customer service for online and carry out orders.

As always Imos gave us an outstandingly great time. Loved it!!

Everything pretty good there. Make sure you have pizza. There is where you get your moneys worth. They have a tendency to over charge other things. I go to forest park and that probably the best place to grab and eat food with classmates and friends after class.

most disrespectful manager ever and crew members. drive thru lady slammed the window in my face and kept giving me dirty looks while i paintionly waited for my food, then they didn't read me my order back on the phone( i work in food and when taking a phone order we are told to read it back to check it's correct) just to find out that they gave me the wrong pizza called a deluxe pizza when i said meat lovers so i don't know how that was misheard but it was and i'm allergic to unions and mushrooms which is exactly what they put on the wrong pizza that they give me. like are they trying to send me to the hospital bad food and bad service

I grew up in Ferguson Missouri and currently live in Indianapolis. I took my children to the St. Louis zoo and I bragged about how good Imos was. We decided to eat there after the zoo, before we headed back to Indiana. The ice was out. The a/c wasnt working that well. I understand that these things happen and I can deal with that. However, the pizza was not good. It was dry. I was embarassed that I bragged how good they were to my kids. As much as I would love to have Imos on our next trip to the St. Louis zoo, I'm weary about it.

Good every time, it's the best tasting imos in STL. The only concern is they have a drive thru that is open but no one wants to work it, you go inside and they have plenty of workers but no one wants to work the drive thru.

This is a real imos. The best. Beware of others like the ones in Jefferson county. They are not the same.

I remember this place when I was a little girl. I am in town... thirty years later and the pizza is still delicious.

This is the worst imo's I've have ever been to STL. The pizza was over-cooked and was not fully covered in cheese. Basically, tasted like a crispy cracker with little sauce and burnt cheese. Aside from that, the customer service was ok.

The kitchen can never ever get my order correct the receipt says no lettuce everytime! Incompetent! Or cant read? Ir there so stoned out of there mind they dont care about their job or the food they are making for someone to eat...this is the last time I will ever go to this location! Sorry Mr. IMO.

Customer service is non-existent. Got a ton of people working but had "to push our pizza back"! No one is here, why is it taking so long for a small pizza. 45 minutes is ridiculous. Don't come here.

This pizza tastes so good especially when you are drunk and you want to eat out of your fridge in the middle of the night.

The employees were very nice and every other table is closed off if you decide to dine-in.

Even tho they were closing at 12 and we got there at 11ish, the staff was very friendly. The resturant was clean however the bathroom was disgusting. Our food was delicious it was correct. We shared a salad so she gave us an extra plate without asking for one. She was also very knowledgeable on the menu items as well. For this location being in the city it was actually 1 of my fav locations. Kept cleans, friendly and knowledgeable, and they were all smiling and laughing having a good time at work thats what its all about anyways. I def would recommend this location!!

Stopped by for lunch with a coworker. Not being from St. Louis, I had heard this was a pizza to try. It took a fairly long time for the food to come out. I had the lunch special, salad and sausage pizza. The salad was great, I suspect the healthy factor drops based on the amount of cheese but it was very good. The pizza, I wasn't really a fan. I can see how it's something you could really like or not. I'm glad I tried it, and might even give it another shot sometime, but if I don't have a lot of time for lunch I'll probably go somewhere else.

I'm not a fan of provel cheese since I'm not from St. Louis but I'm giving this location 5 stars becuase the staff was nice.

Great place to stop on the way downtown. The pizza is delicious as it is at most Imo's. They're pretty quick. The dining room is not huge, so don't expect to bring a large group.

The pizza was great but the service was even better! We ended up with extra pizza because of extra toppings on the first, as if I d ever have a problem with free bacon to begin woth. Thank you!

It has an indoor patio for dine- in, which is quite nice for eating intimately Under the Stars!
