Nice place nice people love there products. I just really wish they had a little bit of time to explain there products. Because I'm now going back for a 3rd time to exchange the same product I purchased from them. But hey 3rd times the Charm right

What can I say? It s Micro Center. They have basically everything electronic and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

Best place in the Boston metro area for computers and high tech toys. They are filling the gap that radio shack left for components too.

Microcenter has the best prices in Boston - by far, hands down better than best buy, radio shack or any of those others.

Came here when I was in Massachusetts and this is the second microcenter that I've been to. Product selection is great and the prices are very competitive to those found online. I always prefer supporting brick and mortar stores that are good, and would recommend this place if you tinker with electronics, build your own computers, or want to find well priced components for upgrades.

People were helpful, decent price on the cable I need

The only place to buy a PC or parts! I have been going to Micro Center in Cambridge for years now. Do yourself a favor and stay out of the big name stores (Best Buy etc.) if your in the market for a new PC. The selection is diverse and enormous. There is a PC for every budget and you can build your own with ease.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Just don't get sucked into buying unnecessary software that they attempt to sell you. You can find many alternatives online for free or much less than what they sell. That's not their fault, as MC forces their sales people to push it. No different than wines at Olive Garden if you know what I mean.

I am writing this review on the setup I purchased last year and can not be happier!

Awesome service and knowledgeable sales people. Don t be daunted by the lines. They move quickly.

Forget Amazon or newegg. If you have means to get here and want to get anything that needs electricity, come here. What a joy it is even going here. Everything about this place makes you feel younger, happy, it's like a rollercoaster with no height requirement. 10/10 walk out with receipt for near $1000 spent. If you can get past not looking at what you spent, your good to go. Oh they have ballz drinks by the way :) to make things that much better.

Very very knowledgeable staff. They can build you a computer in a matter of minutes for the price you're willing to spend. And parts will be of high quality too. Not like Walmart gaming computers. They pretty much have everything you need. It's a nerds and geeks dream come true store . If anyone is wondering, yes I'm a cool nerd! Smart is the new cool!!

As a tech nerd, I could easily spend over an hour every time I come to this place just perusing through the gadgets and toys. The selection is expansive and the prices are competitive. The parking lot can be a little scary, so take caution with the kids.

Helpful and attentarive staff, they could carry slightly more up to date components but they do have what 90% of people are looking for.

I do not go anywhere else for my electronic needs. This place, and the rest of the microcenter chain, is the most friendly, cost effective, and easy to shop in store. This location is no exception.

Microcenter is essentially the Costco equivalent of an electronics store. They have the most modern and up to date stock from the most reputable brands in all categories. TVs, Monitors, Laptops or pre-built desktops, a huge selection of build your own pc parts, audio, gaming, everyday hardware, and so much more.

They also have a great online store, and are extremely hospitable over the phone. Want to know if they have something before you go? Just give them a call, and they will help you out.

I don't even know where to begin so I'll try and keep it short. The location isn't awful, I live 40 minutes away and this place is WELL WORTH the trip. First thing I noticed right away is this store is massive. There's plenty of items to satisfy your needs. PC building, desktops, laptops, tools, parts, peripherals, cords, etc. this place is loaded. Tons of knowledgeable and friendly staff who are more than willing to help you find what you need and answer your questions. I took my first trip there today and I will be going back. From now on Micro Center will be handling any and all of my PC needs. VERY, VERY, SATISFIED customer.

We went to Micro Center to buy bluetooth speakers. We got assistance from few staff members. The staff members were very very helpful, friendly and nice. We also got few deals that saved us some money. Thank you! We will visit this place again.

The only full service computer parts and sales place around. Nowhere else comes close. Ask for the salesman Ray, I have been dealing with him for years and he knows his stuff.

One of the only brick and mortar stores left to buy computer parts. Micro Center has electronics from cameras to TV's and everything inbetween. You can buy ready made computers, design one or buy the parts to make you own compter at home. Good sales, knowledgeable employees and order on-line pick up in store option. An awesome place for all.

The store's interior seems to be refined fcompared last year. This store does look at it's competitors and beat their prices. There always seems to be at least 3 cashiers when there could be 4 at the entrance. Also there is at least 2 cashiers at store pickup when there could be 3. I don't mind waiting a few moments. Hoverer, some people do not have such patience and tend to get irate. Few will go so far as to verbally disrespect those who are serving them; off-putting the experience for those around them.

It was like walking into a NewEgg store. If you wanna build a PC, but you also want to see the parts before you build it, Micro Center is the place to go.

I am so glad that we have a micro center in Massachusetts. This a true computer nerd heaven for a person like me.

It's the only store like it around. If you need parts to build a computer or techie hobbiest knickknacks and doodads immediately this is the place to go. The staff is generally helpful in finding things.

Helpful staff and a wide range of electronics and communication parts. Online ordering with 24 minute pickup is great too!

My RAM purchasing experience left something to be desired. Their selection was fairly small, and once the staff realized I was comparing their prices with online retailers they stopped being helpful. Still, it's nice to have a real store to go to and get things same day. Much better than, say, Best Buy.

Technophiles beware: I swung by to grab an adapter and left 4 hours later with an empty wallet and a new gaming rig!

Staff will always try to upsell you and are extremely pushy. But the prices are great if you go in doing your own research.

A fantastic computer and hobbyist store with a huge selection. I wish they would stop asking every customer for their name contact information; it slows down the check-out line terribly.

I love this place. They don't try to rip you off like other big box electronics stores and they have everything you could possibly need from CPUs, cases, and motherboards to power strips, flash drives, and even power supplies. Prices are better than places like Best Buy and they price match competitors too.

Staff is super helpful. While I was there, I saw multiple staff members in the PC parts section helping people with their PC builds and not just recommending expensive parts.

Bought one of their in-house built powerspec laptops, was disappointed the screen flickered. Returned next day and the cashier gave me a $1,600 gift card tells me thats my refund. Wow. Argued with him and he says they dont give money back or charge cards back... only store credit. That's their 'policy'. Are you kidding me? Upon escalation, manager thankfully actually refunded me. You really should not train your front line to tell people they will get a full refund on return only to try and force the customer to take store credit!!

I visit here at least a couple of times a year. This used to be one of my favorite stores growing up. What boy doesn't like his electronics and computers. This is a fantastic place to pick up computer parts and build random electronic projects. They also have a huge selection of TVs and other video devices. Their normal prices are great and competitive with online retailers. Occasionally, they have some fantastic deals on older models like TVs or smart watches. They also have a online store so you could buy online and pick up here.
