We use it for our district meetings. Clean and catering is always yummy

Good room service, and a beautiful hotel, I wish they had these everywhere!!

This place surprised me. The room decor was dated. More frustrating was that only one power outlet worked. Best part of the stay was that US Rugby team was also there. Many players on same floor.

Only was in the patio area for a social event. Location is really close to the freeway so that's good.

Clean rooms decent breakfast buffet. Too much road noise.

Fine. Nothing spectacular. Customer service was good, but the bathroom smelled like smoke and it was hard to regulate the temperature in the room.

I went to twitch-con at the long beach convention center. The location isnt that far. Average uber is about 10 dollars there. Few restaurant around. Off the top of my head there is an jack in the box and subway. The room is very nice and so are the staff. Very helpful. The only complaint i have is that i cannot control the ac unit. It didnt bother me that much, but the food is expensive. I was told from friends that it would to be expected but dang. Overall i enjoyed my stay with a work around for both issues.

I had a very good stay here. The service was excellent in every way and the staff were all very helpful. I had an unexpected visitor in the area and the staff arranged a roll-away bed without hesitation to accommodate his needs. The pool area was very clean and groomed. I didn t eat the food but what I can say is that it looked great and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with all of the amenities expected, front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms are larger than other Doubletree Hotels I've stayed in and parking is free :)

Every employee treats you like a boss and you see employees talking to repeat guests like they are best friends. Very welcoming place in my opinion. Also, you should try the spicy steak and cheese sandwich at their bar/restaurant!

My wife and I stayed here due to it's central location with our plans for the weekend. The hotel is convenient to get on the freeway and close to Long Beach. The rooms are decent but are a bit dated. The bed was quite comfortable but we had to keep fighting with the AC as it would be either too cold or too hot. The room service good quality and pretty fast. The pool and gym were nice as well.

I stay at hotels 250 nights a year.
This was the worst check in I have experienced in the US in the past decade.
They took a photocopy of my drivers license and $150 cash.
I felt like I feel when stores ask to check my receipt as I leave the store (but at least there I can just refuse.)

Our company had a Christmas Dinner for employees here. They had good service and offered a buffet, even though it was limited on food it was great in taste. There was also a bar where you could just chill . Definitely recommending this place for other work events .

I truly enjoyed my stay! I was provided early check in. Once I checked into the room, I discovered the room's a/c was inoperable. I called and maintenence inspected the system and determined the system would require replacement parts. He notified the front desk and I heard him indicate "Yes, she is very nice and we will need to accommodate her." He asked me to collect my belongings, then he carried them to the elevator. Once we exited the 8th floor, I was lead to lovely accommodations in the form of a suite with a large balcony, living room and king size bed. What a pleasant surprise! I'm truly grateful to the staff for the upgrsded accommodations, their responsiveness, attention to details and the delicious cookie!

A very comfortable hotel and very close to work when I am in town.

I got a nice view, but for reasons the a/c unit spells out a little smell that I don't like it, other than that it is a cozy place to stay for one or two nights when I have to stop by in L. A. The rooms are good enough to have a good night time, around the area is plenty of restaurants that is important if you want to have everything close by to your location, most important on city's like this one.

Shower water power was awesome.
The cleaning maids should vaccum the restroom vents it was really dusty not good. Hallways were very hot, but other than that the stay was nice.

OK hotel. Location is merely OK. The air unit in my room was right next to the desk, so trying to work at the desk involved cold air blasting on me the whole time. Otherwise the room was fine. The staff was great. The fitness room is too small--there was not enough equipment for all of the guests who wanted to use it while I stayed there.

Very clean rooms, comfy pillowtop beds, and great staff. The area is more commercial / industrial than touristy but has quick access to the freeway.

Unfortunately staff was not helpful at all ,my motorcycle was stolen right in front of the lobby and no one could check cameras to help me ,
A motel 6 would probably be more helpful
I would not stay nor recommend this hotel in the future

Room was not sanitized completely and there were no wash cloths. Check room before moving your things in

We used the champaign room for a graduate off campus course meeting location. The space was great and they provided the famous cookie afterwards.

Wifi is not working in my room no. 525.
I enquired from reception.They said it may be due to weak signal.
This is not expected by Hilton group

The room was pretty decent. Some service was good but most of the employees were pretty rude at the front desk and not very helpful. Several times I called for different things and they said they would be up to my room to assist me but never came but the housekeeping was excellent they were very nice.

I did not stay over but I had a few beers and some food there. All was pretty good.

Nice and clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Bar and room service didn't disappoint.

I need to come back because it's a good one. The most reputable hotel in this place. I am deeply impressed by how they handled the service correctly with no hassles at all. The quality of service they provided was amazing! Your wonderful and affordable service was strongly recommended! It was a nice experience for me for the first time.

Their whole computer system was down, could not even use the card swipe key to get into my room. I wish they had wwrenee me ahead of time or given a discounted room. Won't be staying here again!.

Housekeeping was not done on daily basis.

Toiletries need to be provided for each guest in room. They only provide for obe guest unless ask.

Great service! Accidentally booked a smoking room. The front desk quickly switched my rm to nonsmoking and checked me in early without any problem. Room was clean and comfortable. Love the blackout curtains. Thanks for a great stay. Will stay again and recommend to all my friends.

Nice Hotel close to the Long Beach airport and magnificent Downtown.

The atmosphere is great and the bartender "G" is funny and fast!

it is a nice hotel. the room was clean and the staff was helpful. we stayed there one night only as we attended a Passover Seder there. the hotel did a good job catering that as well.

I've stayed at this Doubletree on several occasions for work and have really enjoyed my time while there. The people are super friendly and helpful. Fresh water is available at the lobby. They have free WiFi and the bar/pool area is beautiful and well maintained.

The telephone did not work. The bed was comfortable. There were a lot more kids than I would have expected in the pool. Not enough staff at the coffee stand, but, when the staff member showed, he provided decent customer service.
