I took 2 rolls of film here despite being warned by multiple friends not to, the staff barely knew how yo operate their system so it took about 3 members and plenty of time to process my order (2 rolls printed and on usb) before telling me the price was $74.98.

Quite bad service..Asked for a price on a Sony A6000 50mm lense..Was quoted over $ 1000 for a $300 lense...tried to confirm if the price provided for the camera kit..I was asked to take it or leave it thats the price.
Checked on ebay and bought a lense for $ 257 later that day

They printed quickly but the customer service is far from good. The staff is unfortunately not very friendly or willing to go the extra mile.

Very happy with service. Called to ask if the had the backpack I was looking for In Stock. The assistant Brendan advised they did and was only too happy to hold it till I got there. When I arrived he gave me a demo of the bag. Lovely customer service. Would go back here.

Good customer service but limited Camera/lense selection
Very rude customer service, the worst i have had to deal with to date. They have to tear open every camera box from original seal to satisfy there cravings of being the first to tamper with your product that you have paid for. Never come here to this store as you will find a cheaper price elsewhere....

Don't bother, you won't get any service. I brought in a jigsaw puzzle to frame but the lady who's responsible for quoting is helping another customer. Not a good place for taking passport photos for the following reasons, firstly, expensive $25 for only soft copies, they charge as per their will. Secondly, poor quality of photos, AU post take better photos than these people, in fact I took photos again in AU post.

Poor experience - went into store waited about 5 minutes to get some service - and there was non so I walked out bought the item from another store - a big fail. The attendant walk straight past me and never asked if I needed help - which I did .
Good choice of prints and canvas. Some sizes can not be printed at the self-service and Canon has no plans to add them.
