After spending $423. for this test, I called the lab to explain something...their response was that i am on my own....and find a doctor to explain what ever question i have....they do nothing to help. These test results have done nothing to help me. Waste of money.
I called to ask for the status of my labs and they were polite and very helpful in telling me when they would be completed. I asked for a copy and sent in the release form and I had my results in the mail 3 business days later. They are on top of it! Highly Recommended!
Do not use this lab. There is no quality control . Same test repeated later was negative. Bills arrive a year later with no customer service.. Do yourself a favor and use a different lab
